Totally happy with this home depot because of the great exceptional worker in appliances name Cynthia. She is helpful, pleasant and just awesome. This the best home depot I went to ever.

A great shopping experience at this store, it was clean and well stocked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a good experience with ordering flooring and installation, although they said a rental truck was available when it was not. My most recent experience was quite lacking. I returned something less than 30 days old, unopened, that I had picked up from another store. Because my emailed pickup confirmation did not have a bar code, she gave me store credit rather than a refund. There was a bar code with the order information on the bag it was in.

Kudos to the Garden crew. I’ve lived in the neighborhood of the store for the past 20 years. The garden department was absolutely gorgeous. It’s never looked this beautiful before. I found myself cruising through the aisles. The plants look very healthy and well cared for. I know it takes a lot of hard work to keep the whole area so neatly organized. Thank you.

Product was readily available and easy to get to.

He happened to be near the door I entered, lead me right to the product I needed and walked me to the nearest, quickest checkout clerk! So great after fruitless, exhausting search at 3 other stores.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful all away to the cashier Erin in the garden department. She is very pleasant and kind.

I bought a tool that was supposed to have gotten a promotional offer and did not. The Hd employees here were empathetic to my situation snd provided a prompt solution that I am very happy with

Home Depot I would like to thank Jonathan B for his great service in Home Depot. I have visited Home Depot many times but my best experiences have been when he has helped me. He educates me about the products and goes out his way to show me exactly where they are located. One time he even called another store to check if the product was available before I went there. Jonathan encouraged me to apply for the Home Depot Credit Card and now I use it whenever I visit the store. He is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I have recommended my family and friends to go to his store because I know they will get a great service there. Excellent and outstanding service! Thank you Home Depot and thank you Jonathan B.

I was shocked and appalled that I was rushed off a self checkout register by an employee when all the remaining registers were open and empty. I had already scanned my cart and was selecting candy and drinks for my kids. An employee rushed me off the register, so much that I left the bag of treats for my kids behind. Another employee noticed I left the bag behind and brought it to me outside the store.

Best store/service in Tampa!

Very clean and friendly staff

I live in North Carolina and come to Tampa once or twice a year to help out my older in-laws and the Hillsboro location always has items in stock that I need. I always receive great customer service from friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates. Great store!

Very nice store. Download the home depot app. This will make funding whatever you need a breeze. If you run into an issue, Roger in customer service is your man. And if for some reason you need heffe, the boss man. Ty is your store manager and he is one of, if not the best home depot managers I've delt with.

Cashiers where very polite and spoke spanish

When you enter this store the first thing you will notice that there are NO American Flags flying inside to honor Mmemorial Day. It is quite different from a couple of years ago when the store manager had American Flags hanging from every endcap. If you stop by a big box store down the street you will see numerous American flag inside th estore....It is very impressive......But then I guess some people are just not proud to be Americans....

This store has the friendliest associates. If you're lucky enough to run into Wayne, on the floor, he will go above and beyond for you. Kristin, in customer service, also will do whatever she can to assist. Van, a manager, is extremely helpful, available, and friendly. This store's employees act as if they actually want you to come in, find a great item, and get it to your home. And, they do it all with a smile and a very friendly attitude. These people remember true customer service.

Great service in appliances from Jackie.

Cynthia in appliances is a pleasant and professional salesperson. She is a pleasure to work with. Just don't try to call the store, the woman that answered the phone is rude and clueless. Go in the store and look for Cynthia in appliances.

I took my string trimmer for repair. It was beyond repair. They gave me a credit to apply to use in the store for the cost of the estimate.

on 3/26/21 I attempted to do two returns of items I purchased using store credit. This day I forgot receipt. The first return I received a return declined. I called customer service and this was taken care of. I had a second return due to having left at home. This second return no luck. I went home found receipt which states I had until 9/11 to return but store and customer service refused to issue credit. I was given a case number 24254100 for 31$ purchase. You have lost me as a customer
