Lynn in outdoor lawn and garden went above and beyond for me, and I wouldnt hesitate to drive the 45 minutes to this store over going to one closer to me.

I have shy away from going to Home Depot but I needed to fix my bed that the beans were broken. Thank God for Ty, He was so kind and understanding with me even when I got flustered and he sent home to get what I needed. He helped me recreate the beams so my bed could be sturdier. He took his time and went above and beyond for this project. Just amazing ... I left the store feeling like I can attack any project. Thank you for the kindness you showed me today ... It made my weekend. I would recommend this store to anybody !!!

Found exactly what we came for!

I am a general contractor and have shopped at Home Depot for decades. The Tampa (Memorial and Hillsboro) is an excellent store that is professionally managed and usually adequately staffed.

Store employees are awful, standing around and when you ask for help, they can't help you. PVC fitting aisle is an absolute mess.

Always get value for your needs here. Reps are helpful and friendly. Cashiers April and Iliyah went above and beyond for me!

I bought a kitchen window that i couldn'find it on line and i found it there,i'm very happy with it.

I have had a lot of difficulty with my apartment lately. I visited the paint department to try and find the correct shade and was met by Anjuli. She was very positive, kind and knowledgeable. She had a lot of patience and made me feel like a welcomed customer. I was pleasantly surprised to have been greeted by someone who enjoys her job so much. I wish more employees would mirror Anjuli’s work ethic and knowledge as well as customer service skill.

Went to pay and my card had a card reader error. The cashier took my card, held it to his mouth and breathed all over it. I told him that was so unacceptable and he just looked at me and said but it works. So gross to have someone breath their germs all over your credit card.

I am installing St. Augustine plugs at my home; each time I enter this store, they have an outstanding inventory, and most grass kits are green and ready to plant. Keep up the exceptional job; it's a great store to meet your needs.

The employees that are, there are very nice. They try very hard, but there isn't enough of them and that is not their fault.

This is by far the best store for DYI projects around the house.

Facing a difficult situation with a hurricane coming, every employee in this store treated me with kindness, warmth, and worked efficiently, far exceeding my expectations! A young man, Kevin, loaded 30, 50lb bags of sand onto a cart, and then into my car. He worked quickly, carefully, and even encouraged me, wishing me well in facing the storm! Each employee consistently showed kindness, efficiency in helping and working, and answered every question I asked. This Home Depot is outstanding in every way!

I waited for over an hour for help. I asked three associates at seperate intervals for assistance cutting chains. I approached a cashier, someone on the floor. And the pro desk. And an hour later after I waited. I left. I returned two hours later with my husband and someone (victor) finally helped him. Victor was great But everyone else was rude and not helpful. I wasted an hour of my day to get chains cut.

All of the associates at this store provided excellent service, from the time I entered the store, to purchasing my product and leaving the store. Store #6361 is definitely a Home Depot store I recommend as a MUST!

Cary took his time and helped us order custom doors for our entire home!!! He even taught us how to save $1000 on our order by reminding us of our pro status

All the employees I meet over the weekend were helpful, cheerful and pleasant. This morning unfortunately, I met Gwyn. She was rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for the people that have to work for her.

I purchased item online but was not happy with the product. I called Customer Service and was given accurate return policy and instructions. I returned the product to my #6361 (33615) store. I was absolutely surprised. Amyah was my Customer Service representative. I have NEVER had such a pleasurable return experience. Amyah was attentive, responsive, clear and so cordial in my interaction with her. I give high praise to Amyah and to the store for hiring and training her. GREAT JOB Homedepot.

I have been to many Home Depot’s and by far this location has the most helpful and friendly employees. Cynthia in appliances is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made suggestions to make sure that all my questions were answered and I felt comfortable with my purchase. She suggested the added protection plan and store credit card that provided same as cash for 24 months. Way to go Cynthia!!! I’ll go past 3 other locations to deal with Cynthia in the future.

The link for the survey asked, "Did we nail it?" If the complete question is did we nail it so far off it didn't hit the target, then yes. I placed this roughly $21 order & Upon arrival, I checked-in for the curbside pick-up. After waiting 20 minutes, I checked-in AGAIN, & waited ANOTHER 20 minutes. I finally went into the store to pick-up my order. I complained about the long wait, with a response that it never came in. Then got a call about a credit of $5 which I thought was for the long wait.....nope, it was because I was more than double overcharged AND I did not get the $5 credit either. Talk about missing the mark!!

Best home depot in my county. Has been consistent and retention of employees see same helpful owner employees ready to serve.

I visited the Home Depot on a Daturday afternoon. In the main building it was difficult to find a sales rep for assistance. The store was well stocked and neat. The garden department was different. Erin was very helpful and well knowledgeable.

When ever you need any electrical supplies, do not hesitate to come to this particular store. The lady that’s in that department is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Would be better if there were associates to assist in each department.

I was looking for matching faucets for our bathroom, employee helped me find it and made sure the boxes were ones that have never been opened!

Incompetent cashier at the Garden Department of Home Depot Store located at 6730 Memorial Highway in Tampa FL 33615 is a lazy who has very poor customer service. A person like her should not be employed at Home Depot . This person is lacking customer service standards.

Even when a strong storm suddenly moves in, I could count on getting all the emergency supplies and get out right away. Great Fast Service

I had one person assist me in the kitchen faucet area and at checkout and employee she was great assistant me with checking out on the self-serve and thank me for my visit store was clean and the employees look very proud to be there working.
