This store is so nice. Employees are so friendly and helpful. We love shopping there when it's convenient.

I had always been a loyal Lowe’s customer but over the past several years, their customer service and product selection has been anything but desirable. This Home Depot has always had great customer service and I almost always find what I am looking. I now come here first instead of Lowe’s. The store is always clean and organized. I enjoy shopping here.

Love this store. I will go out of my way to visit this one. It's so clean and the staff is amazing.

Store was neat, Everything was lined up the carts for easy grab. Come to SPRINGFIELD TN, Everyone was so friendly.

The store was clean and the products were stocked. Everything was fine until I went to return a purchase I had made online and the cashier there was extremely rude. I believe her name was Danielle and she was insisting that my return refund amount was incorrect after I told her numerous times. She ignored me when I first came up to the counter, carrying on with her conversation as if I was not even there. She continued to have an attitude and talk over me and when her manager got there she did the same. She made my experience completely horrible.

Staff is always helpful, even while covered up, they get it done!

The store was clean and well stocked. While shopping I had two employees ask if I needed help locating an item or needed pricing on an item. When checking out the employee was thoughtful in helping me checkout and since it was a large item he offered help in getting it loaded.

I was delighted to go purchase flooring once I got assistance from Bruce Culpepper . Made the tradition painless

Paint guy extremely useless. Not interested in helping or completing a task request from customer.

This store is like a second home to my husband and I. We are DIYers doing a full house renovation. We choose to only go to hermitage home depot because of the many times the associates have made our day better when it has been a long one. As our journey continues with this house I can not express my appreciation more to the wonderful humans running this store. I genuinely feel so much joy when I enter the Hermitage Home Depot branch.

The customer service was very disappointing

NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAD A MASK ON? Violation of CDC and Nashville rules! This was on Friday, June 12th at 8am. When I went to self check out three employees standing there, no mask? Why three employees at self check out? Why not one and open two more registers? I had to return this faucet as I got the wrong finish, same thing then, no one at Service Desk in a mask? Why? That was Saturday, June 13th at 2:18pm. Service at this store has gone from good to worst, I do not shop Home Depot anymore unless I have too!

Shacara is DEFINITELY excellent with the customer. She helped me buy the grill today and we did the entire transaction over the phone. 'She has incredible patience and I would like the store to recognize her excellent work. He was with me for more than 30 minutes without complaints and helped me process the purchase over the phone. I live in Cincinnati and the grill is for my son who lives in Nasville.We definitely need more person who are equal to her. Thanks so much Shacara.

If you can get Mae for your cashier, you are and will be BLESSED! She is so pleasant and helpful! She goes out of her way to accommodate the customer! Also, Davis who works in the hardware department (or at least, that's where he was today) is awesome, too! He was very helpful and attentive! Everything I needed was easy to find, and if I wasn't sure, there were employees to direct me to the right aisle! The store is very clean, and the cashiers immediately wiped down the credit card machines after each use! I will shop at The Home Depot over any other store first!

Employees at this store are eager, willing, and cheerful to help customers find exactly what they need. Visible help at all times.

The store had a good stock of lawn mowers but that’s probably because the customer service is terrible so people shop elsewhere. However if you need to discuss movies specifically Avengers End Game you can probably find one of the staff members who will be happy to give you a review. Bellevue Home Depot is much better than the Hermitage store.

I have been in this store numerous times in the last week needing paint, drywall, plumbing, etc. and everyone has been helpful and knowledgeable.

Love this Store ..., it’s the only one I visit!!

We went in for counter tops and was greeted with a smile from Project designer Howard. He was professional, patient and kept us at easy through the process. We will definitely be going back. Thank you.
