Only one cashier. There were eight contractors in line with large purchases. It took a half hour to check out. I'm done with this store. I don't care if I can save a dollar on a board of wood by shopping here, a half hour of my time is worth more.

I got extra attention and assistance from Luisa and Lucas. They helped clean off my Adirondack chairs.....very helpful.

As I stated in Survey, the employee named Will in the Gardening Dept, was exceptional! He saw I needed help and did not run in the opposite direction. He did not point; but walked me over to the area where the items I was looking for were located. He asked me questions to help me find what I was looking for because I was clueless. I was honestly dreading the trip because I did not know what to purchase. I was SO grateful for his guidance. Then he saw I could not carry everything and ran and got me a basket WITHOUT me asking. That is true customer service that I genuinely appreciate where the employees do not make you feel like a burden. Out of 5 stars I would give him 1000

Always great for hardware and building supplies, but the selection of plants and garden supplies is also excellent.

Plenty of product available.Had questions about home delivery etc. Cashier was more than helpful. Even called customer service for answers for us.

I bought a dishwasher there and waited for a week. When the time came to install it, the guy said that he couldn't do it. He would not remove the old dishwasher and put the new one in its place even though everything he needed was there. What a waste of time and money!

Associate named Christian went above and beyond to help us out. We had just purchased 50 boxes and we were moving them in a cart to our car. The wind picked up and started blowing the boxes off the cart. Christian came out of nowhere to help us. He secured the boxes and then helped us to our vehicle and helped us load them. This was outstanding customer service and he should be commended.

Had to give a 1 star rating, which is too high of a rating. Employees appear to not want to be there. One very rudely told me he did not work in the department, and to go to another department for help. Will not shop at this store again if it can be avoided.

Very knowledgeable salesperson in the kitchen and bath department. I felt that I had her undivided attention.

This is the one time and the last fifteen years that I've ever had an issue with any product and it was returned very quickly and fully replaced I'm very satisfied with it and the store's staff and crew all in one. Everything that I needed was available when I needed it and the right amount customer service was very helpful to a t.

Friendly staff. I even was asked if I needed help when I didn't. That's awesome coming from employees that are usually too busy.

We are so blessed to have this store close by ,the manager and associate are the happiest and bend over backwards to help us and reach out to say hello and the eagerness to resolve and questions. Way to go Kelly Doug Chris and your assistant Manager Jim.
