Employees/associates were VERY helpful to me in finding what we wanted to get plus where the bathroom is and doing the checkout process and help loading the item into our vehicle. Plus, being a veteran, the help our cashier gave to me to get my info into my Home Depot account was greatly appreciated along with them thanking me for my service in USAF

overall store was messy, compared to others HD' in the area.

This store overall is great in setup and appearance, but it is sorely lacking as for the cashiers basic friendliness and work ethics. Some of the front end cashiers are rude and must be bored to tears. Many times I have been shopping in this store to see cashiers standing leaning against the mini refrigerators (to the point of knocking them over) almost looking asleep.

I was assisted by a young man named Keiron in Electrical, and he went above and beyond showing me all the components of the product I was looking for, and demonstrated its lighting capacity by plugging it in. He helped me make the right decision, and it worked like a charm when I got home. I really appreciated his thoroughness.

the associate are the best in the area in this store I do not care for the store manager though he is kind of not scene and not friendly not what I was use to by the previous store manger he was on the floor all the time greeting people asking how we were I am a regular customer there so I miss the warm personal touch

Most Home Depot stores are reliable and provides for a good customer experience. Although visiting 1246 HD Store yesterday, showed us a great customer service, because of one exceptional sales associate went beyond expectations and showed value to be regarded as important. Showed honesty and trustworthy as being the most important bases of sales and marketing. Wow factor was achieved.

The cashier Nailea was very nice and speedy with my transaction. She was lovely to chat with and greeted me with a smile.

I like this Home Depot for the fact that they have some of the friendliness employees. This is of course in my opinion. There are some issues when you need help getting something down from the top shelves it takes way to long. When i say that i am not talking about when it is in a busy hour. I am talking about not all of their employees are trained or qualified to operate the machines. Just wish they had more people to be able to help out.

Home Depot has been my goto place for me to do my own repairs,and updates,would rather shop a well stocked store than go on the internet.

I find the Henrietta store always clean and bright. The people that work there are ready and willing to help with your needs. It is not hard to find someone when you do need help. This is our go to store when we need something for our home.
