Recently shopped flooring in the Henrietta store, and I’d just like to say thanks to the gentleman working Sunday. They were very helpful and made my shopping experience productive and worth the effort!

Came to price an item. Gal at door assisted immediately, called Joe in appliances, fifteen minutes or so we were out the door with a new freezer. Joe made such good sense, we bought it then & there!! CUSTOMER SERVICE LIVES!

Tried to buy a $1,000 tool chest and have it delivered. Sales associate seemed like I was a bother to him. I left without it. Another retailer will more interested in the sale.

There are so many exemplary staff here, so managers must be doing something right. It is always a good shopping experience, well stocked, clean, and friendly. They earn my loyalty and seem appreciative for it.

I always like the product from Home Depot.

We can normally find the items that we need in stock. It is relatively easy to find items in the store because it is well signed. The staff are friendly and always ready to take questions.

Shopping around for anew stove today and visited another very well known retailer first. We found the store filthy and difficult to shop. Upon visiting the HOME DEPOT we were very impressed with cleanliness and displays that were easy to shop and compare. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely shop here for my next purchase…

We had some vandalism in our back yard on some Christmas decorations and the Sheriff suggested we get a Ring Flood Light Camera. We went to Home Depot as I had a gift card. Our cashier Sandra was so helpful and knowledgeable! You could tell she loves working here at this store and loves to help others, which is refreshing the way things are now during Covid and no one wants to work, and those who are, are pretty miserable! Sandra in our opinion went way above and beyond in answering questions and explaining she has the same Ring and loves it! She showed us how it works on her phone and answered questions we had. Sandra is a keeper!!!

Was greeted by a chashier who directed me toward an employee who was extremely helpful. He assisted me to select proper subflooring for a project, helped pull and load material to our cart. Probably the best HD experience ever. Thank you, thank you

Diane helped me exchange a light bulb for the brightness and length of usefulness that I needed for the best value. Since my husband passed away two years ago Diane has often provided an excellent education for the wide variety of projects I am learning to do by myself. She makes me laugh but never laughs at me! That's an extra bonus!!!

They ran out of propane. If every employee I walked by hadn’t avoided eye contact they could have told me while I shopped for a new gas grill. I felt like they were indifferent to being there. My tip for improvement, plan for the holidays and make a backup plan when you run out of a high demand product. The large empty spots and browning plants should have given me pause.
