My go to store!! I live 1/2 way between this and the Gates store but find myself at this one the majority of the time!

Easy shopping experience, in a clean and organized store.

This was my first and last time shopping at this location. Employees should have adequate training before working the floor. The women at the customer service returns desk was extremely aggressive and grossly rude. She took her frustrations out on me as she wasn’t sure how to do a simple return, in order to add a $5 off coupon to the transaction. Worst experience ever.

Excellent customer service! Employees were very knowledgeable and professional. All products I was looking for were plenty in stock.

We purchased New hot water heater and the contractor Lynch plumbing was rude and very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from all the staff there. They take the time to talk to you, discuss your project and make sure you have the items you need and then will walk with you to make sure you get those items, rather than just pointing you in the direction and then you are on your own. Store was clean and all the staff were polite and friendly.

The selection of items is very good and the store is clean and everyone we saw adhered to the mask policy. Everyone was friendly.

Very friendly environment

I frequently do my shopping at Home Depot. Am remodeling our basement and have found your inventory very satisfying and available for my needs. I was greeted with a very friendly associate and she was helpful in directing me to where the department I I was looking for that was located in your store. Also, the overhead signs were more than adequate to find the small things I would need. Thank you Home Depot.

Went to the store at 6:15 am to do a return and pick up one item. Everyone was very friendly and directed me to where I needed to go immediately. I was very grateful and was in and out within 20 mins.

Donna in Appliances totally rocks! She knows what's available in store, in the warehouse, and which purchases qualify for free delivery. Laid back, knows her product lines, what discounts are available, and can suggest substitutes if what you want isn't available. Another staff person had given us incorrect information and when we discovered that we wouldn't be able to get what we wanted we were growing more and more frustrated until Donna stepped in to help. Problem solved. She's calm, totally unflappable, efficient, and a joy to work with.

Outstanding experience with consultation and then purchase of washer and dryer. Staff in Appliances very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to insure selection met my needs. Highly recommend Henrietta Home Depot and will return for other appliances.

ALWAYS GREAT EMPLOYEES AND GREAT PRICES

Assistant manager Danielle was been most helpful with regards to problems I have had with my Frigidaire refrigerator. She has listened to my problems and concerns and dealt with them in a most professional manner.

I must be honest the gentleman in the front self checkout area was completely horrible and had the most worst attitude, and customer service experience. He rejected to assist me in cashing out After I had to carry 3 5 gallon containers of water . But cashier Lisa gladly assisted me , which turned a rotten experience around into a great experience Thank you so much Lisa, she deserves a raise.

On September 6th, Teena assisted me in the Outdoor Garden section of the store, by not only helping find the products I desired, but also by going out of her way to bring a flatbed cart to me. She went out of her way to save me some time and steps through the store. Bahar was the cashier, and she was most kind to my special needs son. (He wanted to know how she pronounced her name.) Both of these ladies made our experience comfortable, quick and easy. Thank you, Teena and Bahar! Keep up the good work!

When a customer needs help, say for instance in my case, and approaches an orange aproned employee, all they need to do is call the customer service desk and ask someone to come to the key machine. Use the intercom, for pete's sake!

It depands on the day to whom every wonts to pay lot more than other places. That's why tell them other places their here to due the amount of money u have to pay

Jonathan who is now in appliances, but always seems to be everywhere I need help, went above and beyond to meet my request and to help work out an issue i was having, there is also a nice lady in appliances that was helping me while waiting for Jonathan today to finish with a customer and she herself was mighty helpful I just forgot her name... needless to say I had a discrepancy with price and Jonathan took charge and got it straightend out with no questions and the manager who helped him was also extremely helpful so id honestly have to say even though every experience there is usually great this one topped the cake! It began with questions last week and Jonathan basically sold me on 6 appliances but I wasn't ready to pull the string but he told me he was off the next couple days and if I wanted to discuss more with him I can come back this weekend... i waited till this weekend and very glad I did, the amount of patience he had with me was such a relief and then to be as knowledge and honest about the entire experience really gave me the satisfaction one would be looking for in my shoes... thanks Jonathan for all the help keep up the great work!!
