Very friendly, clean, and organized. From paint to appliances to lawn mowers, I have purchased them all from Home Depot. I highly recommend this store.

If you want mulch be ready to load it yourself. Pretty sad when a female senior citizen can load ten bags soaking wet mulch when a young man does not load one bag. He stood back talked to another female store worker and only appeared when she loaded last bag. I mean some training in customer service comes to mind

Scott and his supervisor, Rob, in the Appliance Department were extremely accommodating during my purchase of a Whirlpool dryer on Friday, July 31. I felt the price was more than competitive and the ability to have the dryer delivered and hooked up within 5 days surpassed my expectations.

The staff at this store have generally been very friendly to deal with. Today, everybody seemed irritated and I could not get any help with anything. I was going to special order a new toilet and bath tub but left without doing so. I went to this store because I know HD can get what I want, but I will be going to a plumbing supply house Monday instead.

This HD is great store with great employees, with the exception of 1, who is named NICK. He is rude and offensive to customers! I would give 5 stars, but because of Nich I gave 3. I would still recommend this store but steer clear of Nick, "Pro Loader"

I went in to look for a specific item and could not find it. I was greeted by an associate within a few minutes who helped me find what I needed. The cashier was helpful and I was in line for less than one minute. Great experience.

Unsafe in the era of Covid-19. Customers were permitted in store without masks. Employees all had masks, but some were being worn around their necks. There was a marked area for hand sanitizer near the entrance. However there was no hand sanitizer there, not even an empty dispenser.

I had a emergency with a toilet, got there at closing they let me in and an employee named Pam helped me . I can't thank her enough and all of the other employees that were there were very nice and friendly they really helped me. Thanks again

My wife and I always have a good experience when we shop Home Depot in Hendersonville. Many helpful employees assist us in finding whatever it is we need. From sand to having duplicate keys made, there is seldom a time when we don't complete our shopping list. From our entrance to the friendly and fast checkout, we save time and money.

As a senior citizen the associates are always patient and helpful

Even though we live a distance away in Lake Toxaway, we always love this particular store for the accessibility and wide range of products and perhaps most importantly because as my dear lady says 'everybody is so darn nice!' Thank you folks.

Great store, customer service and people that work there. They look out for veterans and service members and families. Clean store and everything I go there looking for is in stock.

The salesperson made sure I had the right information, as this was a phone order from another location. He was patient, courteous and I appreciated his efforts to be sure I got exactly what I wanted, and also that I got it in a timely fashion for pick up when needed.

Not customer friendly, especially when purchasing special order items. Management fails to follow up on letting customers know when special order items arrive at the store. Items are still not ready for pick up when customer arrives at the store, requiring the item to be brought to the front while you wait, only to find out the item was not on the truck as promised.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. It has everything I need to keep my home and garden in good shape.

As a Home Depot shareholder and a high risk senior, I was extremely disappointed to find MOST of the employees in this store walking around and interfacing with customers WITHOUT masks. The fact that many customers were not wearing masks, is all the more reason for employees to wear them. An unmasked customer could pass the COVID-19 germ to an unmasked employee who would then be able to pass it to other customers. A mask could prevent this! I did not feel safe enough to request assistance from any unmasked employees. It took me a lot longer and much more walking to find the items I needed. Fortunately, the cashier who checked me out was wearing a mask. If not, I would have gone elsewhere to make my purchases.

The store was clean and the employees were "over the top" helpful. I had purchased the wrong product online, an employee helped me find what I needed, stayed in line with me while I returned the online purchase and bought the new one. Then he took the door handle and deadbolt to the key man to have it keyed to my house key. I left smiling, grateful and a customer for life!

We have lived and shopped here for over 10 years. Good products and very good service and staff.

I have always found the staff at this store to be helpful. This was one time that an item that I wanted was not in stock at this tore but the customer service desk staff was able to place an order for me to have it shipped to my home.
