This store is always easy to get in and out of. Always a pleasant experience. We always go to Home Depot first. Staff is friendly and nice and willing to always answer questions.

I like this store it is all ways very neat and clean.

Used to shop at Lowe’s, however Homedepot won me over because of the products they carry and the friendliness of the staff

The store is typciall neat, clean and organized. They are typically sufficiently staffed and most of the employees are able and willing to help with questions, etc. The veteran's discount is also a nice feature. Their wood products also seem to be of better quality in most cases to their major competitor who I use to do a lot of business with. Customer service department is almost always well staffed and friendly.

Although short on staff, everyone at the Hendersonville store went out of their way to help me. They are my go-to store for our remodel and for a service project we're working on. They don't have everything for both jobs, but they are my first stop. The associates are friendly, helpful, and patient. We've been in the re-construction / disaster business for many years, both foreign and domestic. Home Depot in general has always been reliable and helpful. However, the associates at this particular store in Hendersonville, are above par. Thank you all!

The employees that I came into contact with were very helpful and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, and any help I needed was given. I will be coming back to this Home Depot.

Unlike the competition, there are workers on the floor who are always ready to help. It is rare to find a worker having a bad day. All seem to be happy to be working there and more than willing to help the customer.

Associates at this store show little interest in completion of fulfillment for online orders for pickup. Felt like a number and inconvenience and won’t be going back because resolution for this order would have been EASY. The items were at another store in the area, and so in the future, I’ll just go to a store that stocks well for spring and demonstrates some semblance of caring about customers. I won’t waste a whole week waiting for notice of cancellation after the fact.

First ever negative experience at the Hendersonville NC Home Depot. Wanted to purchase the popular Vigoro brown mulch, confirmed on-line an hour ahead of time that adequate quantities were available as well as called the store ahead of time to confirm availability. I made the purchase in the garden center, drove my car to the pickup point and the customer ahead of me took the remaining bags. Each employee I encountered was great, the problem is the inaccurate inventory system. The customer service rep said that you can't rely on the inventory counts you see on the HD website. That response surprised me.

The sales associates, Louise and Bryce, helped make our experience quick and helpful! They were awesome! This location always has what we need in stock and is always willing to help make a great experience!

The Staff in the store are more friendly and helpful than the other national supply store in Hendersonville and that is why I shop there.

Girl in paint department was so busy painting skull and St. Patrick’s clover on apron that she couldn’t be bothered to even look up or give advice on products for project. Very rude! Check out cashier not friendly at all.

Everyone was polite, and offered to help. Store is clean and neat, and orderly. Very nice place to shop.
