Could not decide which Christmas Tree to buy....Jason to the rescue....he has an easy style and is very knowledgeable.....gave us all the info we needed to make a buying decision....he is going places.... Also, thanks to Tom for helping my wife load the tree in the car

I am a general contractor and spend a lot of time and money in this store and the Blue store. The contracting department here is much more efficient. They also make returns much easier.

It was a good HD shopping day. Talked with two different employees who were pleasant and helpful, a young woman in the paint department, name unknown, and 'David' at checkout. You had plenty of what we wanted. Thank you for the Military Discount!

Home depot was much less exigencies than Anderson Windows, and they onstage the save Anderson Window product. Very happy with the install and cleanup afterward. We highly recommend Home Depot for Window installation. Love the product, actually enjoyed the installation, lol.

I always have a great experience at this store and I can always get the help I need when I need it.

Service Pro Johnny was extremely helpful in pointing us in the direction to have our OTR microwave installed. Storage Manager, Jason, went out of His way to help us with installation of our microwave and reimbursement of installation charges that the delivery company could not perform. Thank you

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot in Hendersonville for over 21 years. Home Depot has great customer service and their employees are polite. That’s a rare quality nowadays.

As a small business owner it's important for my staff to care about our customers! The experience I had while at this Home Depot was what I hope my customers leave with. Everyone greeted me with a smile and helped me find what I needed in a timely and very friendly manner! Keep up the good work!

I've never had a bad experience with Home Depot

I came into the store to purchase 3 items from different departments. In all areas friendly and knowledgeable associates approached me and offered assistance. Thank them. The cashier Daniel was also very helpful and friendly.

Store was still well stocked after Christmas.

We go to this home depot and have since it first opened. We live about 20 minutes away, and pass a number of similar stores on the way, but we love the selection, prices and friendly staff at the Hendersonville Home Depot store! Thanks for all you do!

Home Depot was fine the company that came out to o the plumbing repair I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN the guy that call me to let me know he was coming, answered the phone and saying WHATS UP he was trying to charge me more money that for what I had already paid for. and left the cover off the well house I had to find someone else to help me. I will not use them again..

I find it easier and a much more pleasant shopping experience to drive an hour each way to your Hendersonville location than to shop at your competitor ten minutes from my home...

I shopped at Home Depot in Hendersonville, NC recently, was greeted warmly by the cashier, Kathy. She was helpful connecting me efficiently with an employee on the floor who could help with what I was looking for. She telephoned for the employee to meet me and described where. As I was leaving the store her friendliness and follow up concern as whether I could what I was looking for or not, were esp remarkable! Thank you Kathy! Thank you to the two others that helped on the floor. Very nice to have efficiency when I was so tired but needed to make this one more stop.

I had questions about paint we need for our home and the employee didn’t just find a price, she gave me every detail so when I return to shop I would have all I needed even if she’s not there. So helpful!

We go to this Home Depot a lot. Employee's are friendly, helpful and store is clean. And always have what products we are looking for, no matter what department. Parking lot is huge & easy to park, supply handicap and veteran parking. Has riding carts for those who need one within the store. And items are easy to locate. Plus once you enter the store you are greeted. Like that much.

Josie was very nice and helped me load my car with the plants that I had bought. She didn't have to do that and it was very much appreciated.

Patti and Richard in the Pro Shop were absolutely fantastic in helping solve a problem that 3rd party delivery was actually responsible for. I salute HOme Depot for having these 2 in their employ!

Busy time at this store, and they could have easily ignored our request, but the employee that heard our request - went and found the missing product - had it brought in and made the whole experience (that could have been a negative) - the best possible outcome ever. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT
