Most every employee goes out of their way to help you. Generally, it stays well stocked and clean. Its usually busy because of these characteristics.

Hilary is a definite asset to the Home Depot team !!! She is fast and efficient and friendly, which you don't see much of anymore !

Had to wait 20 minutes for sales associate ended up calling store to send someone to help us. Does not deliver on time. Been 19 days and still no delivery

Home Depot has experienced employes that cab truely help with problems and make suggestions that are relevant. Other big bx stores are not as well prepared

Friendly associates, attention to detail and very helpful. Always ready to direct me and take me personally to the item I’m looking for. Will even recommend somewhere else to make the purchase if it’s something Home Depot doesn’t carry. That’s truly putting the customer first.

Just about every time I shop at The Home Depot in Hendersonville, N.C. I always find what I'm looking for. The store is spotless, the employee's are extremely friendly and they make my projects that much more easier. Definitely a good place3 to shop.

Hendersonville Home Depot exemplifies the very reason I usually go to Home Depot over the other nearby home improvement stores. Responsive and helpful employees and the items I need when I need them.

Earlier this year, an employee named Wynn in the returns/customer service (older/glasses/thin/blading reddish brown hair) mistreated me badly. I was standing in line and he blatantly took a more robust man ahead of me. He saw me waiting in line for a long while and only helped someone when the other man walked up. I wonder if it wasn’t because of my appearance or homophobia. The man he helped even went so far as to ask him if he wanted me to go ahead that I had been standing there. He did nothing. The woman that finally helped me scoffed and rolled her eyes when I asked for Wynn’s name. The employees here seem to be overall rude and cocky—strutting about in the Garden Department as if they have something to prove. Such usually is reflected in the management. I called corporate and the sympathetic lady cried on the phone because I was so disheartened. She said nothing is likely to be done because they are concentrating more on Covid. This should not be swept under the rug. Recently, I went back and he was still working there. A woman in the Garden Department said Wynn treated her badly when she caught someone stealing—he did nothing. Why are people like this allowed to get away with such bad antics? How hard is it to simply be nice?The store in general needs better more artistic selections. The Garden Department is lacking and the Holiday Section was lacking this year. Non-service dogs allowed to lurk about and bark and jump at people. Very dangerous and unsanitary especially during this time.

Dave in lawn in garden was very helpful he took me to other parts of the store to find product that I needed. Was very helpful.

The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike many such stores, they don't simply have people walking the floor to furnish a presence. Their employees are there for the shopper's benefit. Thanks HD!

While there are always exceptions the customer service at this store has improved greatly over the past few years. I recently received some very good help from the plumbing department.

I love this Home Depot. I recently moved into the Hendersonville neighborhood and turned to Home Depot to help with updates to my new home. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and willing to give advice on the best methods. I learned a few helpful tips from the gentlemen in the paint department before painting my interiors. Their helpful advice saved me a lot of time and money. I'll be coming back again for my next improvement project for sure...

I love my local Home Depot in Hendersonville, NC. Every time I go in there the employees are always friendly and efficent. I work in construction (residential) so I’m always buying tools and materials, I wouldn’t dare shop anywhere else.

Male in paint did not really want to be there that is impression i got. He slopped my paint all over side then hands to me so i could get it on me. I told him give me a towel he said you must had lid open. My words was no you did it then hand that to a customer. No give me a towel i need to wipe it. To me thats a i do not care attitude.Then cashiervat self checks would rather speak with co workers rather then correct a problem so this customer could leave.NO THAT IS AN I do not care attitude i would rather talk than do the job he was paid to do.Slap happy work for both of them.

The one time they didn't have the item in stock, they looked at other local store stock and saved me a ton of time! Great service!

The woman at the PAINT counter is fantastic. Very helpful and with a cheery attitude. There was several men in line ahead of me so I saw how hard she worked to get everyone's orders right. Sorry I can't remember her name.

The staff they came out for flooring measurement, very professional had mask entire time. Great customer service, was on time efficient and knowledgeable.

Why does your online survey end with asking for a review of this store which is about 100 miles from my home and which I have never shopped at? The survey was about shopping at the Cornelius, NC store. You have a large flaw in your customer survey software. This process is way "out of touch" with reality. Shame on Home Depot.

Your manager went out of his way to find a pond pump model not on your shelves.
