I don't love the thought of going to the hardware store but this is by far my favorite Home Depot in the Bay area! Customer Service is supreme. I do not mind a long wait in Li e when I am acknowledged. I feel like a valued customer when I shop here and the prices are an added draw.

Walked past 10 people and no one asked to help.

This place is either great or horrible...how can I sum it up!? One trip: I get what I need, am helped by the staff, and checkout is a breeze. Another trip: I get what I need (IF they have it), all staff ignore me, and checkout is a nightmare!!

This store cost me about 5000$ because I showed up to a job with their pressure washer a gas powered 3000psi that worked like an electric one. And it also leaked everywhere from every single connection.. my customer was upset so was i. Oh they also accidentally doubled charged my card and had my account completely drained for 3 to 4 business days..

Ami helped me at the self checkout I had a problem with the money dispenser, she went out her way to help me get my money back out, she then opened a lane that was closed to help me get my items and leave quickly. Very friendly and helpful deserves to be noticed for her kind actions.

I was purchasing appliances and the sales associate remembered me from my last visit and very helpful and pleasant I bought products right off the floor employees loaded them on my truck for me and I took them home and didn't have to wait for delivery.

Too many times items that show as in stock at this store online can't be found. Employees are rude and not helpful in finding this items-- they're just indifferent, and say this happens a lot.

I came to get charcoal and lighter fluid I usually don’t come here but one day before the 4th of July I It crowded and out of stock at most stores near me. I was watched like a hawk at self check out the man was on the side me . And close as while I put in my pin do not come here if your not Mexican or white they just assume your thief I won’t be coming back

Keep in mind this was near closing time 9:45PM. This Home Depot was very clean and organized. Customer service was lacking on the sales floor, but the customer service was greatly improved at the register. Thank you Aldona for a friendly interaction and a quick check out.

Was allowed to use an empty self checkout stand because I had 10 items and was sent to one open register to wait over 15 minutes to pay all while the set checkout was available the whole time and employees just standing asking everyone to wait in line

Check your receipt because if you charge extra it will be a headache to get your money back

We do all of our home improvement and project shopping here. Everything is easy to find and the employees are all kind.

Needed pressure treated lumber. They had every size possible, hard to find items.

Store is just ok, others are worse (Oakland), some are better (San Ramon). Generally never well organized or easy to get through the aisles.
