I WENT TO THE HANOVER PA HOME DEPOT TO PURCHASE ITEMS NECESSARY FOR A BATHROOM REMODELING PROJECT. FROM THE TIME I ENTERED THE AREA OF THE STORE WHERE THESES ITEMS WERE LOCATED, UNTIL THE TIME I CHECKED OUT I EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ASSISTANCE FROM ALL STORE ASSOCIATES. THIS WAS A TRULY ENJOYABLE AND EASY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THIS STORE SHOULD BE PROUD OF THE ATTENTION ITS ASSOCIATES PROVIDES TO ITS CUSTOMER. THANK YOU.

Consistently decent store. Good crew, and rarely is an item out of stock.

Some employees are very helpful and willing to assist. I have come in contact with Bill, Jen in Windows/Doors is very accomodating, Kolton is very pleasant and helpful. I had an issue last week with a plumbing problem and rep Mike was too busy to help me and walked away. A few others are not very pleasant. As with any business some days are good and others are bad.

The store manager abby doesn't have a clue of what's going on and is very rude wouldn't do a simple text to confirm told me I needed the card present it's called text to confirm for a reason then called my boss bro the whole time while talking to him very rude would never go back there again also brought tools showed the receipt to the first lady was told by abby she didn't see it was treated very poorly we spend a thousand dollars a day at home depot doing job was never treated so poorly

The store is filled with very helpful and helpful employees. They are knowledgeable about the products, Pam in the carpet department is super, paint department also has folks that know their stuff. We found what we were looking for, found the store to be well organized and clean

If ever you are at this store and need assistance, look for Jane in paint, Jonathan near the windows/lumber, or Kirby (manager). They are *amazing* and will get you exactly what you need with tips to help. They make me breathe a sigh of relief every time I see them.
