Store is always clean; things are always where they should be; staff is always helpful. However, I do miss the popcorn.

The associates very very knowledgable and helpful when assisting me purchase and install a new hot water heater.

I was shopping for an electric range. Lisa waited on me. She was very friendly and helped me get a credit card which saved me money. I was also greeted when I walked in the store which was nice.

Could take my time and look around without being accosted by associates. If I need to find something I'll ask, Thank you. Very much like this store and will stop by when I'm in the area.

The employees seem to be more mature, friendly, and engaging when compared to the nearby Lowes.

The Home Depot in Hanover is the best because the people are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Found everything I wanted and it is easy to find things in the store. This store is always neat and clean.

No one there seems to take their job seriously. and they get offended if you complain.

The hanover store is set up a little differentley than the Westminster store which is closer to my home. Both Home Depot stores are high on my list as places to shop, and sometimes just to browse, especially around hollidays This trip I was with a friend looking at cabinets and we liked what we saw, but tools, flooring etc. that I purchased, I am happy with the product and the installation.
