Besides the help being outstanding in Customer Service, the restrooms were the nicest and cleanest I’Ve ever seen. Thank you. We found the sink. Faucet and garbage disposal that suited our needs. We went to three other places for granite and Home Depot was the only store that we found a color we liked.

Great place to shop really knows how to take care of you.

The Gurnee store employees are very helpful, I’ve on occasion visit other Home Depot’s but that can’t compare to the assistance and helpfulness at this store. Ask a question if one person doesn’t kJ now they will go out of their way to get it answered for you.

The Pro Department supervisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

There was no one around to assist me with my questions or finding products and you can't rate an associate if you didn't see one. I had to practically search the entire store for the products I needed and the way the store was planned out meant to get everything I did have to search the entire store...an I still had to go elsewhere to get some of my stuff.

The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The Gurnee store is clean and organized. Great place to shop!

AWESOME Customer Service!!! It was amazing as I walk to my Gurnee Home Depot and encounter smily faces, associates willing to assist you with any question or doubt you might have about simple items such as plants to bigger items such as appliances. Associates are friendly, knowledgable, and willing to find out in case they do not know the answer to what you need.

My Gurnee Home Depot is extremely clean, organize, and friendly. Costumer service is extraordinaire. Associates take their time to guide and assist you with what you need. It was surprising to listen to another customer ask about and item, and Steve replied... "you may find that in isle 2" Customer was thrilled! I was impressed how quickly he was able to multi task as he was helping processing something on line. Thanks so much for making Gurnee look so amazing!

yesterday I just stopped in at the Home Depot at Round Lake Beach IL after dropping off some things at Goodwill across the street. I just needed a few bedding plants to complete my flower garden the staff in the garden area were super friendly and helpful - Especially Joan at check out.

Nate was very helpful, resourceful and respectful even though I am not a professional. He took the time to explain and guided me to what I needed, so I didn't really need to hire an expensive professional for my work

As an electronic engineer - tasked w/fastening our various motor controllers - w/in varied, prototype set-ups - we purchased our first 'Impact Drivers.' And used a 'short-bit' - because it was 'handy' (how famous - those 'Last Words') and it shortly (and predictably, we learned) became 'Stuck - and would NOT release!' The web revealed such 'rookie mistake' as 'common' - and there were NO 'quick/easy' fixes! We tried - and tried - always failing. Then visited this store (#1922) and the Tool Department Head - Mr. Michael Pengilly. He was the 'FIRST & ONLY' person who expressed confidence in his ability to, 'Remove our Stuck Bit.' He worked w/much effort, inspiration, & insight - took several attempts (I had almost NO hope) and suddenly - the stuck bit flew from the tool! I was BEYOND Pleased! (would have been SO EASY to 'give up' - simply say, 'I tried.') Mr. Pengilly would not take that (eased) path - he restored our tool to its 'New State' - and then advised us for the necessity of, 'Impact Rated Bits (and longer ones, ideally) to be the ONLY ones used w/Impact Tools.' (Our tool vendor had provided no such manual or other advice!) Store is very well stocked - and w/such Qualified and INSPIRED STAFF (such as Tool Department Head, Mr. Pengilly) my firm is sure to return. How could we not?

The staff and the selection of items is great, deals around every corner, you just can't let this store go once you started shopping here

I haven't been in this store for a while but my experience today was excellent. One of the employee was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!
