We have always had such a wonderful experience at this store. All of the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. It is such a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot.

FYI...The Salesmen in the Doors and Windows Department are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to work with and the savings vs. a specialty store was tremendous. Gurnee Store #1922

Staff was willing to help me find a sump pump. I was in & out within 10 minutes. Great service at check out with Karin checking the warranty on line for me. Definitely recommend Home Depot for service even when they are closing!

Some department have no service people during store hours.

Linda was very helpful. She really tries to be nice to everyone. She has an honest smile and a genuine concern for each and every customer. I know when I see her that she's gone to pay attention to me, listen to my concern, and do whatever she can to help me. Linda makes the huge "Big Box" store disappear and makes Home Depot feel like a neighborhood hardware store.

Tammy from the appliance department helped us from beginning to end. She helped us find the products we needed and answered all of our questions. I have been to the store multiple times and the quality of service she provides is always the best!

I do not shop very often at that store but, whatever I'm there I'm always surprised that you can actually walk to the store and have realy nice sales people that always are smiling, asking you if you need help. That's my favorite store now!!!!

OMG!!!!!!! You guys rock!!! I spend 4 hours talking about cabinets and end up purchasing the. They were so patient, understandable, calm!!! you guys are the best!!!!

i was not sure what i was looking for. I asked an employee and he brought me right to the stop and help me in a every friendly manner.

I tried to return some parts and the girl was so ignorant she did not know how to work a register or read a receipt and was very unfriendly. Thank God for Menards
