This is a great store!!

I did a special order for a sidelight blind. I worked with 2 associates Dorthy and Patrice. Both knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. The order was not large but I received great service and they made me feel as important as a customer who did a large purchase. Had to change the length the following day and a male associate called me back when we got disconnected and changed my order quickly and efficiently. Great experience. Thank you‼️

Appliance specialist Jake Broderick will give you excellent assistance for any appliance browsing, selecting or purchasing needs.

I went into Home Depot not sure on what type of Deep Freezer to purchase. Jake the sales representative there had vast knowledge on all types of deep freezer products. He ease some of my burdens and made my purchasing experience an exciting one. Thank you Jake from Home Depot.

Ordered a front door and it came in broken twice. The staff was not helpful.

I had a lot of questions about dishwashers and I did online research, but it didn't help as much. I went to the Home Depot in Gurnee, IL, and was helped SO MUCH by Jake. He was courteous, polite, and so knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure I had the info that I needed. In fact, I ended up ordering a whole kitchen appliance suite!!!! Jake followed up with me on changes to my delivery date, too! He is MANAGER material with his dedication to detail and excellent customer service!

The product I needed was completely out in the aisle. Patina who was working in that section (Flooring) looked it up and there was some listed on the truck as in not unloaded yet. She went to verify that and found out the product was unloaded but somewhere in the store. She then proceeded to search the store for the missing product. She located it, and pushed the 3 boxes of missing product all the way across the store back to me and the aisle it belonged in. I am so impressed by her!!!

Worst shopping experience of my life. Rude customer service. I will never shop at this Home Depot again. Need to train their employees how to treat people with decency and respect.

Once again the staff at this store go above and beyond to meet my needs. It's the same throughout the store, and with a strong management team that support their staff.

If you need help in flooring go see Dorothy. She was super knowledgeable, friendly and had us in and out with our living room install in no time at all. And to meet the friendliest, bubbly personality see Kristin at the check out for a fast no wait in line experience.

Everyone in the lumber department are helpful and patient. Good job guys!

Associates are rude. Managers unwilling to listen or help, worse than associates. Bring Chrissy back! Store is not maintaining or cleaning carts, front entrance crowded. Most associates not wearing PPE. Recommend visiting other stores or go across to Menards.

Great guys at the paint counter mixing several cans of custom color paint. Got the job done right and quickly.

If you shop for appliances, see Tammy. She is absolutely phenomenal and know a ton more than the guys at other appliance stores.

I don’t know about all of the employees but I DO know Roxanne and Angelique seemed to work flawlessly together to make sure I was taken care of in grills and handling a problem with inventory identification and my eventual purchase. The manager was amazing as well stepping in and all 3 helped save my Christmas dinner.

We took our children to the Christmas tree area and were extremely happy with the level of service provided by the Home Depot team outside. The service was fast and dependable. Took the time to ensure we found the tree we loved and tied it down securely, all while smiling and providing a fun experience for our family. Highly recommend ! I bought a shed and it was a very large purchase for me. I worked with a manager there by the name of Carla. She was phenomenal to work with. She is very knowledgeable and took time with me and gave me great service. She made sure I got the very best price I was entitled to. I will shop there again because of Carla. Great experience!
