Great Staff and very quick in and out!

Hope checked us out , and I have never met such a sweet and caring lady before! She has excellent customer service, and goes above and beyond!! She reminded me of the commercials with her welcoming smile and enthuastic personality. We have never been so impressed. If I were a secret shopper this store would have received all 10's and Hope would be team member of the month! Keep the great customer service up.

The layout could be improved.

This is now my home store. I frequently come here searching for updated fixtures, tools, paint, or anything else you could possibly think of for your first home. Everyone has always very helpful.

Today the Store was well staffed and everyone was in good spirits. FRancis was most helpfull in my purchase.

This is one of the best Home Depot I've been to in a while. I always have a pleasant experience shopping here.

I really enjoyed the employees here at this store. I have had nothing but good things to say about the employees here. The store and restrooms are always clean. Today was just icing on the cake when an employee came up to me on my way out telling me to be safe and drive careful because it was raining. With the way things are going on in this world it’s good to know there are still good people. That’s my opinion and experience here at this store. I travel a lot and use Home Depot everywhere I go. So by far best employees here at this store. Thank y’all for great services.

Knowledgable Smart and Friendly Staff. I am not technical person, nor handyman. I went to this location, got awesome help from 2 different areas. Staff is very helping and smiling. 2 senior staff is really helpful, guided me even how to do DIY stuff. I really appreciate, Home Depot brought such great staff. Cashier Melanie, is also very helpful, She is courteous and fast, thanks.

Robert Sims is the guy to go to here at this location for a big smile and friendly service! Thank you for being a gentleman and helping me locate a shag rug, even though I only came in to pick up a Christmas tree. Then taking the time to load not only the rug but the 9 ft Christmas tree (who was for my sister in law since my brother does not leave Mansfield to shop) in my car! Robert ROCKS and is the man to beat!! Everyone needs a Robert at their store!! Thanks again, :) Beth

A great place to shop and friend employees throughout the store. The employees know me and that I am always working on a home project.

I have always found products that I need and have never had a bad experience in fact the staff go above and beyond to help. My experience this morning with Cheryl Jackson was fantastic, she helped me in every way possible and I am very grateful for her assistance. The purchase went exceptionally well and whilst she took care of my purchase she had time to acknowledge other customers . The store is well kept, clean with an easy flow. I also had an experience last evening when I purchased a Christmas tree and some patio decorations. The lady on the register that helped me locate a flat trolley - she was extremely busy but took time for me and the young man that helped me locate the tree, loaded it on to the trolley and then the guy that came and asked me if I needed help loading the items into my car. What a great example they all are - professional, knowledgeable and friendly - a pleasure to shop in your store.

I was very satisfied with the knowledgeable advice I was given today. I went to the Home Depot for a totally different reason, but as I was there I had a question about a project I was thinking about in the near future. My question was answered and great advice was given to me. Thanks to the people working at the Home Depot. You made my day!

Great customer service by Cat in the appliance area. She shared that Black Friday sales for appliances actually started on Nov 1st which allowed us to save hundreds of dollars on our appliances for our new house. We will definitely be back!

Employees are not eager to assist and when you finally find someone to help you, the lack product knowledge. It was even suggested that I try another store because someone there may know what I need. I found this to be very disturbing.

I use the tool rental department a lot! Mark and Josh do and all the guys do and incredible job! The store is always clean and the employees and helpful and kind!

Everyone in this store ( Susana, Hope and James) are very helpful and know just about everything. This in one of the best store that I have ever been too.

Called several Home Depots in the DFW area, most bounced me around from person to department and the back to HOLD !!!!!!!!!! Called the Grand Prairie South Store and Got Manny who went and verified that they had 1-unit left on the shelf of the item I needed. Then he handed me off to Madeline who handled my online order, while Manny tagged the item for me to pick up the next day. Both employees were very friendly, helpful, and professional while making sure I hand the item I needed for my online purchase. Home Depot should be very proud of these two employees, and take care of them accordingly ! Good Customer Service is almost impossible to find in today's business environment, and good employees should be appreciated by their employer ! RT - Waxahachie, Texas

The store was near,clean,friendly service and stocked.

This store has been in steady decline over the last year. The Customer service, once great, is now non-existent---for the most part. I will say there are still a lot of good people working at this store, but unfortunately HD has decided to hire certain individuals who would rather complain about their jobs and look to be just trying to collect checks instead of actually helping the Customers in a timely manner. Very sad! I've been a patron since they opened and now I'll be driving an extra 10 miles to the one in Mansfield instead.

Store is clean and well stocked. Bright lighting makes it easy to find what I am looking.for. Staff is friendly and very well informed about the store and it's products. My wife and I both enjoy shopping here. Highly recommend this store.

Helen was amazing!!! Great customer service!!! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. THE BEST HOME DEPOT!!!!

Lori in Appliances was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I selected a new dryer for my family. She helped me make my decision based on facts and what we needed, and I felt no pressure to spend more "just to make a sale." Lori carefully explained the delivery and installation process, and she made sure I understood the billing and promotions that were attached to the purchase. Thanks to Lori for making an unpleasant experience (I really didn't want to buy a new dryer, but ours died) a positive one.

Every time we shop at Home Depot in Grand Prairie, the store is clean and employees are friendly and helpful. Juanita and Mel are always friendly and happy to help out. Dina, Madeline, Vicki, Mary, and Helen, the Store Manager, go above and beyond to help us with our project needs. It was pouring down rain when our kitchen cabinets were delivered which Helen and Dina made sure they were delivered that day (a day early) inside the house. Madeline takes the time to explain any purchases and refunds made which I appreciate. This store definitely has the best customer service. We prefer to shop at this Home Depot.
