If this store is the one on 360 and Camp Wisdom? If so then yes the people that work at that store are great and friendly. Very very helpful. With the exception of one Hispanic female because when you ask her about something she kind of acts like your bothering her. Other than that they are great. Now the store on Carrier Pkwy. I try to Avoid going to that store. I say this because the customer service at that store is horrible.

Store was very clean and organized our cashier Jhoana was very friendly and very polite I do recommend this Home Depot ... we got all of the products we needed.. store was stocked except some of the garden area

Go see Robert or Art when your there. They are excellent sources of info and they are incredible helpful and not condescending.

Bad customer service twice in a week.

One thousand plus, plus...

The cashiers in the contractor area are fast and efficient. There is one lot loader that goes above and beyond for all customers. Omen is always smiling and I swear is the hardest working employee I have ever seen at any Home Depot. I have been going to various Home Depots every day for 25 years. I usually go to each Home Depot every day in the area I have a project. So I have been to this location every day for the last 3 months. Never a bad experience.

Poor service and uneducated employees on the basic items they stock. No reason for a adult employee to be rude and wrong at the same time. If you don't know the answer use the app. The atmosphere and employees attitude of this location indicates gross mismanagement at the current time. Try another location...

Lumber manager and most lumber staff do not have customer service skills and will leave the customers waiting 30+ minutes to have wood cut... this is why rating is not 5 stars. Other departments are great. Also check out employee Ayan is always happy and will help you fast. Even if she is calling on the overhead for lumber staff to help cut wood in the saw area. Ayan is great.

Nice store, it isn't as large or busy as the Cooper Street Arlington store and that can be a plus, consequently the selection is a little more limited. The staff makes the location.

Do not go here for keys. I have went 3 times in the past 3 days for keys and none will work.

Hire more people to CUSTOMER IN STORE.

Customer service associates are never around to help and when they finally come to help, they are not knowledgeable. Probably the worst home Depot store I been to in all dfw.

This Home Depot store consistently strive to improve its customer service. It is my go to place whenever I need anything to improve my home. I love the helpfulness that the employees give, even when someone is not very knowledgeable on home repair.

These stores are so addictive for all the right reasons. I always get good help here. If your item is not in the store or not sold there, they will recommend someone or company to go to. That is good service.

I always shop here. Home Depot on 360 is by far the best HD clean,helpful and friendly. I go so much your employees know me. I don't know the manager but he is doing a great job. Art and James are my go to guys, but everyone there do a good job. And yes the store is clean... I should thank you instead of you thanking me So thanks again....
