I was so happy to find on the web site that this location had several of the storage bins I had been looking for! When I arrived I found several of the bins but no lids I was not happy. However that did not last long after sever employees came to assist us. Every one was happy to help . They reached out to Craig West who’s department it was and he was amazing, super friendly and helpful,he had to go to great lengths to retrieve the bins for us. He was gone for a long time I almost though he forgot about us. But he did not,he had to work that hard to get us what we neeed. I am so appreciative of Craig that I will only shop at this Home Depot. Thank you team and Craig for making my day!

I purchased $5000 worth of appliances from Lori (8517) on my second visit to the store looking for appliances. On my first visit, months ago, when I was just window shopping, she went over all the pros and cons of the refrigerators I was interested in even though I told her I was not ready to buy. Two months later when I was ready to purchase, I sought her out. She didn't remember me but again, her knowledge about the appliances was a stress reliever. Not only did I purchase a refrigerator but I bought a cool stove, dishwasher and microwave under her guidance. Unfortunately she told me that I had found her on her last day of employment at that store. So sad to see her leave and apparently were the other employees; she kept getting well-wishes while she assisted me. Milledge Caldwell

I love this Home Depot. It seems that every time I go in, there are so many cheerful, helpful, friendly people. Today I was making a corn hole game with my grandkids and had bought all the materials we needed. But the six inch hole saw that I had borrowed from a friend for making the hole was too big for my power drill chuck. And although the hole saw fit in my Makita cordless, that drill did not have sufficient power for this big hole saw. So off I went to Home Depot to see what solution I could find. Denise at the pro desk put me in contact with Josh in Tool rental. He had a Makita cordless drill that he thought would do the job, but I was skeptical. I ended up in the parking lot with my Grandkids and Denise. We drilled the big 6 inch holes right there. I would have been stymied if not for Josh and Denise, and my 4 grandkids would have been deeply disappointed. Thanks to this Home Depot for helping us out. Josh and Denise are Great. And they are not the only ones. There are lots of cheerful, smiling, helpful and friendly people staffing this store.

Low turn over of employees

This is a well-stocked store with great employees. For example, Art is a plumbing expert. That guy has helped me on a number of occasions. All of the people in this store are friendly, and they give Veterans a 10% discount, which is amazing.

Lori Evans went out of her way to help me and her attention to detail was vital for the installs I needed done. She knew the right questions to ask since the repair were a novice experience for me.

The employees are always helpful and very nice. Thank you for such a nice and clean store.

STORE WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND STAFFED BY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES - REMINDED ME OF THE WAY I REMEMBERED SHOPPING EXPERIENCES AT HOME DEPOT WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED. SOME PREVIOUS VISITS TO OTHER STORES HAVE BEEN LESS MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES - BUT THIS TIME HAS ME THINKING HOME DEPOT IS THE BEST PLACE TO VISIT WHEN I NEED SOME TYPE OF HOME IMPROVEMENT PRODUCT

Customer service was good. Took awhile to get someone to help check us out to buy a fridge, but he was busy with another customer for 10-15 minutes. So no big deal. The price on our fridge was about average compared to other competitors, but this location was convenient for me. I've been happy overall in the past with this particular store. Most employees go above and beyond to help.

when I need to buy something for my house repair or need something for my patio/back yard.., I always come to Home Depot at Grand Prairie. It is clean, organized, and have more items on sale than other Home Depot stores in the surrounding areas.

This store location is cleaner than other locations in Arlington, more items on sale.

I purchased my washer and dryer combo at this location and was very pleased with the staff knowledge of the various brands I was considering buying. The employee patiently answered question after question. Thanks for exemplary professionalism on the job.
