I am making a huge flowerbed and have purchased my plants at the Grand Prairie HD. I love the convenience and the employees. They are helpful and go above and beyond if there is an issue with a product. My flowerbed is so big I am still purchasing items to go in it.

Was told 4 different stories from 4 different employees including the manager Brandon.

Every need that I have had in putting my home back together has been met at this store.

The worst service in DFW. Never has it taken me 2 hrs to pickup fence pickets.

Curt in electrical was so helpful. I had no idea what I needed. I told him what I was doing and he was able to get the correct part I needed and it was an upgrade to what I have. He even showed me how to hook it up. I am older and all the different choices are overwhelming and confusing. Thank you Curt.

I usually don’t have the best experiences as a customer when I checkout. Especially with cashiers, sadly sometimes is awkward and dry, but this amazing cashier greeted me with the sweetest voice, and did my transaction fast and with ease, truly an experience I won’t forget soon.

My customer service rep in the Paint Department went above and beyond the help me locate the correct items for my home renovations. She also helped me locate substitutions for the products that weren’t currently in stock.

Always been able to find what I needed at this location, the associates are always friendly and very helpful, the store ,clean and orderly.

I received the most amazing customer service today from Lori and Pam! I’ve never received this much help at a home improvement store! The time and attention they gave me is unreal! They helped me with every step of my project. I was able to walk out with my project nearly complete by the time these ladies had helped me so much, especially Lori! If you go ...ask for them; they have exemplary customer service!

The cashier across the commercial side always greets us on our way in. They see us coming in on a regular so its like they know us already. The commercial employees are helpful when were making purchases or looking for items wee need for our jobs. The store is usually clean. Thanks Home Depot

The store is often out of stock on core items (lumber), and appears understaffed.

Store has very a friendly and helpful team! Would have been a 5 star review, but when I got home I noticed that the "new" router I purchased was a re-boxed unit (possibly display) that did not have manuals or tools included.

We had to make several trips to HD over the past several days due to moving into a new house. Today was the last trip this week. When we ready to check out, Ayan was ready to help us. When she heard that my son was and Air Force veteran she went out of her way to thank him for his service. She made sure that he got the "veteran" discount at check out. We've been to the other "home improvement" stores in the area and HD is, hands down, the best shopping experience for all our home and garden needs. Ayan was and is a credit to the Home Depot family and to her community. The world would be a better place with more people like Ayan!

It was easy to find products looking at the displayed signs and the good housekeeping helps a lot.

All employees had masks on which made me feel safe when they were helping me. Also went in and purchased my refrigerator with no problems. My associate was able to answer all my questions.

received a terrible customer service from an employee that he say that he was covering for someone and what he was ask to do was not his job, in the real world, if someone does not come to work and you are designated to take his place, his job becomes your job.i work in hospitality and the customer reserves respect always! i will continue to buy at home depot but not at that location.
