I feel very comfortable in any of the Home Depot stores. The employees who are all very friendly and always willing to help. They are also people who are very well prepared in their work area.

Needed help as I did not know just what I needed but knew what I needed to accomplish the project.

Sergio assisted me with landscape lights. I needed a very specific light, however, the manufacturer did not offer what I direly needed, Sergio asked if he gave me a discount on something, which was too expensive for me, but would fix my problem, would that help? Of course I accepted the offer, and since I was just laid off from work 5 weeks ago, this was extra special. Umija (cash register person) shocked me when she gave me a little more discount, for no other reason than maybe she sensed something. I was so choked-up, it made my day! Thank you.

CLEAN STORE ,FRIENDLY STAFF, EVERYTHING WAS ORGANIZED

My daughter and I went to purchase paint and supplies to paint a bedroom. Pat was the associate that assisted us. She was friendly knowledgeable and had a lot of patient with all of our questions. I would recommend this store to shop, especially if you are in need of paint and supplies.

Cashier Monica extremely rude

Went in to find a simple outside lamp light bulb. Asked three people and a store manager to help - no response after standing in the aisle for 25 minutes. If you have all day and want to spend it in a hardware store with no help, this is the place for you.

very easy to get around with helpful staff

This store is the most easily accessible to the parking lot. It's a little bit further than the Home Depot near me, but the convenience of getting back on the road is a blast. Plus never had a problem getting someone to help me get an item down or have some lumber cut. Great team Leadership here at, MY HOME DEPOT!! Steven

This store is so clean and well organized that I feel comfortable there. I do not at some other stores. All the products are laid out neatly.

Prompt check out

This store has lots of employees just standing around but provides little real customer service. The paint department was staffed with just one employee and had a huge line. After waiting in line for 30 minutes (and seeing the employee help people who were cutting in line by approaching from the sides of the kiosk) I finally left in frustration. The store would be better served by training some of those standing around to provide service in the paint department.

Associate "Tasbeeh" was friendly and extremely helpful! She was able to get the assistance I needed to locate the grill I wanted that showed in stock online but was not present when I went to the store to purchase it. Her persistence in helping me locate the grill made all the difference in my shopping experience.

Selection is lacking in Lumber. Tools and paints Self Checkout point of sale units do not work properly

I would like to inform you of some absolutely atrocious service I received while purchasing a BBQ pit from the Home Depot located 6850 south Fry road, Katy, Texas. The poor service started when we arrived. First we waited by the bbq pits for 15 minutes trying to find an associate to help us. Then we left the area and finally found someone by the cashier lane to assist. She said she would call someone to help. The help never arrived. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes we had to hunt down another associate. This time an associate did help us. We made the purchase and received a military discount. When they brought out the grill to put in the vehicle it was the display model and was dented. We asked the employee for another one and the only we found was a display outside with rust. We asked if we could receive a discount for the damaged grill and he said “well, this is the one you already paid for”. I then had to explain that we did not know we we’re purchasing a display model and that we should not be given damaged product without a discount. He went and talked with the manager and said we could have $50 off. We would have to return the grill and then re-purchase with the discount. I agreed. When we went to re-purchase the pit they made us feel like we were criminals trying to return something we just purchased. One employee came up, we assume a manager, and said that was fine and okayed the purchase. And then another gentleman came up, looking like another manager and said we weren’t supposed to get the military discount and the $50 off the damage product. He did give the OK however he made us feel like he was doing as a huge favor and that we were out of place for even asking for the discount. Basically, he was rude, unprofessional, and short with the cashier. Then, to top it off. The gentleman that was supposed to help us load the pit into the car never showed back up and we, the customer, had to disassemble parts of the pit and place it in the car ourselves. I had to buy a screwdriver to disassemble portion of the pit to get it to fit. This was his job. Completely unacceptable. It’s a shame because this had always been my store to go to whenever I needed home-improvement projects. I will now be going to a competitor which is a few miles further but they have been pleasant to work with in the past. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and to hopefully make improvements.

Most stores do not give a second thought about access to or parking lot navigation. This store is ideal. Would give higher rating but have not shopped anywhere but gardening.

I visit this HOme Depot store for it's convenient location, price and product quality. I have always had great experience with my shopping needs. I am always able to find a staff member who can assist me or point me in the right direction. Thank you Home Depot.

Close to my house. Usually well stocked. Weekends from 10 to 3 are packed.

Purchased two tanks of propane and cashier said she would page someone to meet me outside. 10 mins and no one showed up, called the service desk at the store, and they said they would page someone. 15 mins later, still waiting. I went and found an employee that could help. From the time I was checked out until I had my two tanks was about 30 mins. Will not return to this store for a refill on my tanks. I also want to note that the propane Kiosk was not working.

The manager, Brian, was courteous and friendly as well as the lighting associate (Randy) and cashier Karen. Great location and clean store stocked with everyday & special items for home and garden.

Outdoor lawn and garden area is complete disaster. Product spilling out of bags, product all over the floor, product bags WET, product WET. Needed assistance and could not find an employee. Manager made excuses about how a delivery truck showed up and that he didn’t have adequate staff to man the outdoor area. REALLY? I thought managing an employee schedule was one of your responsibilities. I will not set foot in this location EVER AGAIN.

Customers are tricked into doing self checkout. Cashier will begin checking out customer and then walk away to do something else. There is nowhere to do normal checkout. If I wanted to work for Home Depot, I would fill out an application.
