Tom, from the measurement department, came to my house on the 02/07/2023 at 2:00PM and complained that my house was too big and he didn't have the time to take the measures. He refused to take the measurement and left!!!

The only salt available is water damaged and now frozen into giant blocks, will not work for water softeners. They will not make undamaged inventory available (on top shelves in the garden center) until customers clear the damaged inventory.

This is our one stop shop for all repairs and improvements. Products are available and easy to find.. many options to choose from. Associates are kind and ready to help.

Excellent store. The employees are friendly and available. I always find inspiration and ideas to improve the house.

Aaron was great he was happy and willing to help and not only with my first inquiry which was for keys he was also helpful with my other inquiries including walking me over and sharing his insights. Above all, he showed interest in me having a good experience which matters because it shows he is invested in his work and the customer experience

I bought my Samsung 3 door refrigerator with smart devices screen on it 2020,and I'm still enjoying it till now , they have good product.

Mr. ADAM at the lightning department of the Home Depot at 6850 Fry Rd has been a haven of good knowledge in this department for 3 years that I have visited this store. He is a Wizard! Kid you not! He has such a vast knowledge of his depth inventory and how to utilize all the different items there to achieve your end desired goal! Seek him out! My daughter and I got string lights and a candelabra fixture to finish 2 of her porcelain projects. I promise...we could not have done it without his ideas!!!!

Trying to get help getting a pot down ask one of your associates to help turned around and looked at me and then turned around and walked away. Other customers in the store couldn’t believe the rudeness that came out of this man if he doesn’t want to help then he shouldn’t be working there. No one greets you. No one’s willing to help. Everybody just stands around and does nothing.

I purchased 14 bags of soil and mulch. Before I could make it to my car a young man named Victor asked if I would like help loading them, I said "Yes" of course. He immediately began loading the bags into my car with care AND did it happily and with a smile. I definitely appreciated the phenomenal customer service.

Upon entering the store for my online pickup, I was greeted at front entrance and the again by the person handling the pickups. Outstanding.

Our cashier Nicholas from special services was extremely patient, well mannered and made sure I was able to complete my transaction. Such great service.

I used to think of this Home Depot as one of the friendliest ones around. But cashier James was rude and seemed like he was more worried about going on break than helping the long line he had.

My wife and I spent over an hour before we left due to the lack of assistance from an ASM, I have never been belittled by anyone as I was by this one person. I would recommend the store to anyone but to avoid ASM Hilda, she has no desire to assist anyone. Other associates were very helpful (Nate and Calvin) BZ guy’s.

I visit other HD stores as I travel around town for business, yet this is my home store. Adam from the Electrical area directed me to 4 different locations in the store and was correct about all 4 locations as I found ALL the items I WAS LOOOKING FOR. And for that HD is getting the HUZZAH of the day.

Excellent job maintaining the store fully stocked while maintaining cleanliness and keeping it organized.

Latriva and Earl are the best! They were so friendly and funny and helped me find the right blinds for my 30 window house. Would definitely return if all their employees are like them.

This Home Depot location is the very best! Always clean and organized. What really makes them stand out is the customer service. Sadarian and Heidi in particular went out of their way to help me with a return and make sure everything went smooth! Very appreciated. We will always shop at this Home Depot.

Friendly staff and easy to find what you need for your project

Dave in hardware is an example of what every Home Depot employee should be. Happy, friendly, knowledgeable, went the extra mile to help me find a rather obscure item, a key for a 2001 Plymouth Prowler.

Johhny was extremely helpful! He is very knowledgeable, well aware, friendly and experienced.

The store is well organized, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, check out process is flawless... overall and excellent experience.

This store does not treat all of its customers the same or fairly at least one employee here in particular keep that in mind as you shop..

Refrigerator guy and cashier were fine. The FOUR employees that has 3 aisles blocked of due to forklift use (I understand the safety of it) for FORTY MINUTES need to be reprimanded. During that time, the forklift did not move. HD lost sales due to this. The parking lot is littered with carts. Multiple aisles were blocked with inventory that was not properly stocked and random items. You will have to walk around half of the store just to get to the spot you need just because of the crap in all the aisles. Serious lack of customer ease and safety protocols.

Don’t rely on the website inventory to be correct or the location of the items in the store. I did find an employee who helped me find the item.

For the past couple of weeks we have been working on our backyard (a project that we had to put on hold for a while) and finally decided to get it done. We found everything that we needed and more at the Home Depot, prices are wonderful, service is great, and availability of products is wonderful. We can't wait to work on the next project!

Best store near my home

This was the worst customer service experience i ever had at the returns dept of the Home deport in this location. There were insults, racial discrimination, and the staff walked out on me, rather than serve me simply because of my race.
