Helpful & Friendly employees, especially Brent !

Rude, unknowledgeable, and unfriendly staff. Don't greet customers or ask for help. Store dusty. Worst location to shop at !!

Very rude employees. They don't greet you or ask you for help. Store products are dusty. I'm always having to wipe my product down before purchasing. Employees are always huddled up talking. Inventory is inaccurate online compared to when you go to store. Good luck getting someone on phone to verify product availability.

The Home Depot at Grand Pkwy is better than Katy Freeway. The plumbing area is organized and the staff is very polite.

I arrived when you first opened and was one of the first 12 in the store. I immediately went to the checkout after getting a bag of fertilizer. Kimberly was so nice in helping me ring up the mulch I was planning on picking up in the pickup lane. I waited my turn and they told me they were out of the mulch I paid for. I asked if they had more elsewhere and he said no. I asked if he could substitute with the Scotts since they were out of the Vigoro he went and asked his boss and came back and said if I got 20 that he could do it, but since I bought 32 he could not. Come to find out later they had more inside the garden center but they were too lazy to go get it.

Their anti-theft controls on all of their cordless tools makes it impossible to select what you want to purchase in a timely manner. Employees are useless.

Good store overall but avoid Pro cashier Karen! Very nasty attitude and not very polite! Pro cashier Karen had a bad attitude. Upon arriving to check out, I politely offered a “good morning” salute; woman didn’t respond! She saw my cart and immediately rolled her eyes as if she was annoyed. This is the third time she does this to me. I asked her to key in our company’s phone number and she said “it wasn’t necessary”, I asked her to key in PO name and she said “computer not accepting”? She’s done this two times!

The associates are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is the worst Home Depot location I have ever been. Supervisors and management have no customer service at all I’d rather go to Lowe’s. You Can’t find any associates to even help you and when you do they don’t know nothing none of the employees are even trained good luck on even trying to get wood cut there at all

The employees are eager to help. I asked an employee where an item was located, without question he escorted me halfway across the store. We landed in the right section but the exact item I was looking for wasn't there. He then walked back across the store and got me to the right little nook where the item was located. When I got home the item I bought did not have an instruction manual inside. Upon closer inspection the item appeared to be a return, the box was in okay shape but was re-taped. The product was perfectly fine, but no instruction manual inside the box, found online. Would have given a 3 or 4 star rating for the lack of there being an instruction manual, and there not being a "return" label on the item. But jumping up to 5 stars because of the two employee interactions I had.

They are very friendly and willing to help you at this store. I would like to recommend this store for all your weekend projects.

Although Home Depot and Behr are typically wonderful, this locations paint department is a nightmare. If Sonny is at the counter, just go somewhere else. After numerous complaints online and in person (I’m a contractor so I’m there often) the problems (and the employee) remain. Ugh. Beyond frustrating.

Home Depot has improved remarkably over the years. Even in this time of COVID-19 issues, HD operates safely, reliably and efficiently.

Great customer service here in comparison to other Home Depot's I have shopped at in the past. Store representatives are always willing to help out while shopping with great attitudes. Check out goes very well having an representative looking over the check out registers and directing shoppers to the next available register. Always recommend this store verses other to my neighbors

The customer service department is the worst, disrespectful, ineffective in helping customers and personally cashier Lisa laugh at a customer seeing her frustration at not being able to return her product

Have always gotten home appliances from Home Depot. My recent purchase of a Gas Cooktop with a Downdraft took some time due to product availability problems. When it was finally available, the purchase, delivery and installation went completely smooth. Thanks to the store employees, delivery team and the installation team.

They did not attempt to resolve the error made by them. I lost a whole day of work and my issue is still not resolved.

I am very pleased with the customer support at this location. Every time I needed assistance, within minutes, a floor employee was available to assist me. Store staff, like always - very professional, friendly, and with "can do attitude." Because the COVID19, available stock is an issue; however, staff will assist to provide you other locations or other options. Keep-up the good work and thank you providing a good service under the current conditions.

THE SAME DAY STORE IS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Products were easy to find and clearly labeled, ensuring that I purchased the correct item or items for my needs. Store employees were eager to help me with checkout. I needed assistance because I am a veteran and required the clerk's help to claim the discount. Time spent on the purchasing process was minimized as a result.

Store employees are not at all friendly, i have had this experience with 3 people. i had to request help in lumber section for almost 5 times. No stock. will never come again.

The store was neat and clean, well organized and items were easy to find.
