Great Selections and more helpful than normal

Said they had product in Stock on line. Went to pick up. Took an hour to figure out they didn't have product. I ordered to be delivered to store. Waited a week. Still did not get product. Was instructed to go to different store

Store was clean the product i was looking for was easy to find.

All employees are very knowledgeable in their departments and if they cant help you in the department they are in then they quickly find someone who works in the right department.

Store was super clean, full, and staffed with very friendly people to help. Store was organized and ready for business.

Overall service was good...and workers helpful.

The associates at this store have always been very friendly and helpful! Inventory has been available whenever I have been looking for something specific. If there is a line at checkout, it is very short.

Best experience today at Granbury HD. Darren and Chris were so helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back here verses another HD that is closer to us. Good job guys!! Both employees went out of their way to help us find our merchandise. Darren would check in with us to verify we were finding what we needed.

I am not comfortably with self checkout. The store has done away with the cashiers. I ran into three issues while trying to check myself out. The associate was obviously overwhelmed trying to assist several other customers also having problems. I was told to go to the front desk to find rock salt. The woman at the front desk was incredible rude and dismissive and unhelpful. I am cutting up my Home Depot card and will not be returning. Some of the associates don't seem to understand the concept of customer service.

HD is my store. I have shopped HD from Cali to NC and this store is a step above the others. Great place to shop. Took a buddy to this store and now he drives from Weatherford to Granbury every time he needs more than a few items.

the store is generally clean and merchandise is located where it should be. keep up the military discount!

Granbury store has friendly and helpful employees. I have only had one employee helping me who did not know about the product she was selling. On the other hand, Salvador is the most helpful young man I had ever had helping me anywhere.

Super friendly employees that genuinely care about your projects and experience while in the store. Darla always goes the extra mile to help me put large orders together, and has a fantastic attitude!

I almost always find their employees very helpful especially when you have questions or don't know where to find something. I recently had a hose with a sprayer attached that I couldn't remove because of rust. I took it in hoping they could help me, and was immediately approached by a gentleman named Bob. He told me that he would see what he could do, and after a very short time, he was able to remove the sprayer without a charge. They are very helpful when you have questions or don't know what is needed.

When walking in this store. You are greeted by sweet mention like Jimmy or Frank. A real small town type of greeting we all miss is at the local Granbury store. Friendly employees like AJ at the service desk, Bailey that I'd do helpful and polite, Shavon in appliance treats everyone like family, and so informative about all the appliances. Employee Johnny is very informative about the store. Do I would say this store has the best employees with a good solid store manager JJ.

Home Depot is my go to store hands down when it comes to getting not just the material I need to do my project, but also many a time, advice and information valuable to me as a novice. The people there are always friendly and ready to help. You don't have to wander the store looking for help. They are always right there, and if they can't help you, they find someone who can. I'm well pleased. Thank you so much Home Depot Associates. Your the best!!!
