I waited at the Returns counter while watching three employees doing things at computer terminals with no customers in front of them. Finally a fellow working with someone at the other Return counter got their attention and asked if one of them could assist me. One of them stopped whatever they were doing and helped me but took entirely too long to process the return of a box of staples. She was pleasant, just really slow like she wasn’t especially proficient at her job processing transactions at the cash register.

Always use Granbury Home Depot

I have been a loyal customer with this Home Depot in Granbury Store for around 6 years, because I continue to have a good overall experience there.

I bought vinyl flooring at this store and was very pleased how it looks.

Store is exceptionally clean. Staff very helpful.Shelves stocked fully.

Jack at HD was extremely helpful in electrical. Smiled and greeted me.

Moses was so very helpful when it came to picking out a new washing machine! He went above and beyond to help us get a faster delivery, which he didn't have much luck but he really tried! His manager James really cares about his employees and it showed when we told him how helpful Moses was!

Sandra, the cashier, was profession and prompt with checkout ; she is an asset to the company

If you need lawn and garden expertise, provided by knowledgeable staff, then visit this store. In particular, ask for Danny M. because he is great! We bought an expensive riding mower from him based on his customer service, knowledge, and friendly presence.

Unbelievable help today. The lady in Plumbing(faucet repair) surprised me. Teresa (new) did a great job as well.

The last three visits have been wonderful. I've received the best care and concern with my purchases as well as informative advice.

Phillip and Jesten went above and beyond to provide what I needed off the shelves. They even took the extra steps to close off and secure the aisle behind and picked up and disposed of debris that came off with the pallet I needed.

I paid for HD services(Dublin AC) to inspect, device, and give me a quote to repair my 7 commercial units. They completed the service quickly, but did not communicate to me for two months. I thought the job was too big for them and wrote them off. They called and requested payment and said they would have a quote to me by the end of the week. A week after that I complained to HD and they finally gave me a quote. It didn’t look accurate and I don’t feel like they have what it takes to fix my ACs. So I wasted $711.

Nan..at the Service desk ,was great! She was so kind and patient as she handled my return!

The store is clean, organized and well stocked.

I always go to Granbury store to see Richard in the Paint Dept and like always he goes above and beyond any other employee. He definitely knows anything you ask him about anything pertaining to Paint. Thanks again for having someone of this quality working here.

They measured our countertops, and the order was put in on October 12th, 2022. I believe it will take approximately three - four weeks.

Bought several appliances at a great value yesterday at the Granbury Texas Home Depot. Appliance Specialist, Emily Wilson, was awesome! Emily was so knowledgeable about each and every brand and made our selections easy and at the best price imaginable! The Granbury Home Depot is one of the best. I shop in their stores all over Texas and can tell you this one is way up there. Their employees are eager to help customers and they at least to me appear to like their jobs and what they are doing. I have had them work for 45 minutes with me on finding products to helping me solve problems to fix something at the house. Great group of people.

We have been shopping at the Granbury TX Home Depot for the past 9 months or so while building our house and I must say they have really earned our business with consistent excellent customer service. We used to only shop and the competitive "blue" store down the street, however their customer service has really been slipping as well as lack of information on back ordered items when placing orders. We have now been shopping nearly exclusively at The Home Depot in Granbury.
