I use only Ryobi tools and have for many years I really like the 18 volt batteries fit my complete tool collection I have nearly every tool made by Ryobi and attachments these tools make my job as a carpenter for over 35 year's a lot easier and less stressful I haven't had to return a tool yet I have some that are over 20 years old great tools at a great price for the working man.

First time visiting this store. Comparing "big city" stores, this one has a "small town, good people" feel.

I’m not one to give Reviews but this needed to be said I don’t enjoy shopping especially a honey dew list as i usually have to return. Lol Employees Ryan, Marcie & Jesten TRULY went above & beyond to help me today, i wasn’t sure which color window film I should get & Employe Ryan came to my rescue saying why don’t you Facetime your wife so she can pick the one she wants? i forgot how to face time and again he helped me out showing me what to do when another employee Marcie joined us & now my wife on FaceTime they took their time showing my wife all the different window film and my wife made the decision! Happy wife happy life … lol Thanks Ryan, Marcie & Jesten you make HomeDepot Proud… Made shopping at HomeDepot a pleasure.

When you get to know the employees, they learn your name and greet you with a smile.

The team at this store has the "right stuff".

I called in a will call order to be picked up at 1700. I was about 15 minutes early to pick it up. They hadn’t even started to fill the order. Didn’t start until right at 1700. Manager was rude. Apparently will call orders are not a priority.

Several Home Depot stores learn how to treat a customer by taking the example of the location in Granbury.

I had a battery set that was not in stock anymore manager James went beyond the call of duty to assist me even though there was a slight price difference on the part that I got it was still a great service!!!

Love this pop up if you step on it doesn’t hurt your foot! It’s in the tub. Love the brushed nickel color. Very great quality workmanship on this product!

Your associates Chuck and Bridgette are the most friendly people I'm sure there is more but everytime I shop Granbury Hkme Depot these two have smiles and happy no matter the situation and helpful that is a gift to not ignore . Very nice to see smiling happy people these days

Bridgette at pro and sarah along with Mike thru are always helpful and very knowledgeable and get us taking care of and knows us by name as well as each of them ask about our jobs we are on like not only Home Depot but treats us like family grambiry Home Depot is the best

The Lake Granbury Master Gardeners have one fund raiser a year to support our organization and Demo Garden for the community of Granbury. We include a drawing for a garden theme prize. We seek donated items for this prize and Home Depot was generous to offer a garden hose, two pruners, a pair of garden gloves, a bag of potting soil, a small rake and a watering can. We deeply appreciate Jensen, who assisted with this request, and Home Depot as they support this community event.

This GRANBURY Home Depot is always easy to find items and clean . My experience with associate I Victoria was pleasant and she knew what she was talking about in tool rental . Victoria answered my questions in turn ask me what my project was she walk me to the tool I need and explain and showed me how to use it just in case .i really appreciate all her knowledge and help definitely will come back to Victoria In tool rental .

I just bought this item and it was damaged. it was also dropped off at the wrong address. bent bed post/leg.

awesome..ordered building supplies online had home delivered, left over supplies returned for full refund sale person off loaded supplies from my trailer counted gave refund all in about 5 min.

The employees always help load heavy items for older citizens. Jacob and Colby have always been very helpful. For that I am thankful.

No help, never any checkers, I hate this store .. other HD's are better, this store has always sucked.

Dani in customer service/returns very unprofessional. Very rude and trying to teach others Spanish while I was trying to return an item and handle business and she treated us like terribly. Our business spends 50-75K per month to get treated so bad. Very let down today.

I completed a project and had many receipts for things I didn’t need. I was worried my return process would be frustrating, but Bailey made it smooth and was more helpful than I could have ever expected.

I can't remember the employees name but he helped me find a few things in the plumbing section that I couldn't find myself. Not only did he help find what I needed but had a better idea than my own on how I should fix what I was working on and it worked amazingly! Thank you for the help. I came to the store in need of some material and I was asked if I needed help finding anything. I was helped with exceptional service and with a phenomenal attitude of a person who loves their job. I will definitely continue to be a loyal Home Depot customer.

Love going to this Home Depot. Always seems to be clean and organized no matter what time of day I go there. Team members show up out of nowhere and ask if I need assistance without me needing to flag them down.
