I have been shopping in the store every single day for a week now due to a big home remodel project. Staff have been friendly and helpful. I see people sanitizing the carts and cleaning products on the shelves. I am proud of my hometown Home Depot store.

Jill, in the Paint Department, is such a friendly and helpful employee. I have literally been coming into the store every day because we're remodeling. I've called and asked her to mix paint and leave at the front for me to pick up and she is always very accommodating. She sees me coming down the aisle toward the paint department and remembers my name!

I've been having some back problems and Dorothy in the flooring department loaded three boxes of laminate in a cart, took them to checkout, then to my SUV and put them in the back. She was a lifesaver and I appreciated it very much.

Great customer service. Quality trained employees answered all of our questions and also helped us register the installation. I can depend on Home Depot for all of my home repair needs.

Well I spend a lot of time in Home Depot for projects I'm involved in I'm lucky that they usually have every thing i need in a one stop visit it saves me time and money.

THE REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS. i recently purchased a hot water tank. from home depot and decided to use the home depot contractor for installation. The event was painful. Their fees was absolutely higher than the going rate for other plumber s in the area The installer did not provide an detail fee of the parts used. just supplied a total. $659 no special parts or special procedures. That's price gouging! $659.00 dollars to install a no specific problem hot water tank. Not again

Employees, especially a gentleman by the name of Milton, were extremely helpful. He was busy restocking shelves when I interrupted him and asked for help. He kindly stopped what he was doing and helped me find the materials I was needing. We ended up in all areas of the store to get the things on my list, but he never hesitated in helping me. He helped me push the heavy cart to the checkout and even loaded my materials in the back of my truck, all with patience and a smile. The cashier was also very friendly.

The employees I talked with were friendly and helpful in pointing me to the product I needed. I appreciate that.

Was asked for a hard copy of my Military ID. Everything I have is electronic.

It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. Other than that every one was helpful.

Great store! I appreciate the help most all associates provide when I’m looking for things I need. Friendly and very clean!

I frequently visit this Home Depot and always find it easy to move around the store and locate what I am looking for. The items are usually in the described location from the aisle marking signs. If I need help to find something I can usually find an employee to assist me. This store is usually very clean and orderly. The associates greet me with friendly and courteous acknowledgement! Check out is easy and usually quick and I prefer to use an employee and try to avoid self check out! If I wanted to do all of this work myself I would like to see an automatic 10% discount for using the self check out lanes!

I have always liked Home Depot, but from my recent experience there I now Love it! I had just come from a different store shopping for a matching washer and dryer set and the employee at the other store didn’t really seem that interested in whether I got what I needed or not. I even actually got so close to buying ( cause I needed them so badly) that I even let him get me credit with their store! But just before I jumped- I told him that I would like to look at least one more store to compare and feel like I’m getting the best deal ( which they were suppose to be having a sale- but ends up-not on the product I wanted -of course). So I went down the road and went into Home Depot (where I should have stopped first) and so very glad I did. Not only did they have the same brand for less- but the employee who helped me was so kind and thoughtful- I could tell she definitely wanted me to get what I wanted and needed! Thank you so much Home Depot for being smart enough to hire this young lady- and thank you Victoria!!!!!!!!!

If you have to do business in the Flooring Department be prepared to spend many hours there as they don't have enough employees working in that department! And always go during the daytime (before 3:00 pm) as the evening personnel can't really make any decisions that require a supervisor's override or assistance.

Very clean Had an online order that I didn’t get couple parts and it got solved But one thing bought some bell pepper seeds (ferry~Morse) and there was no seeds in the package

The online ordering and curbside pick up was a great experience. The customer service over the phone was excellent.

From the moment I walked into this store, Milton in the lumber department helped me. I had to buy 690 ft of crown moulding and base for a new house. He helped me load it on on the dolly, helped me take it up front. Anglea, Milton, and another manager then helped me for over an over to get my discount figured out. They did an amazing job. Never once got aggravated and so oh well we can’t do it. I got the discount. Then once again Milton helped me load it on the truck and tie everything down. I can’t say enough about his customer service skills. He should be management if he isn’t already. He was patient and kind throughout the entire process. Way to go Milton!!!! Because of you and the wonderful managers, I will continue to shop here for all my home product needs!!!

Store is solid and has incredibly helpful employees *cough* Carolyn *cough* Customer-Servies *cough*, Excuse me... Yeah she's is great and I hope to ruin my house some more so I can encounter her again. Also dogs the store needs more dogs.
