This store is close to my home and I always find what I need. Helpful staff and clean store.

The staff in the painting department was knowledgeable and helpful. On my last trip to the store, the plumbing specialist was very knowledgeable, and his experience in plumbing helped my husband figure out what we needed and how to use it. I hope Home Depot will continue to bring in staff members who are experienced in their respective merchandise and service areas.

We ordered windows & patio doors for a new construction with Naz. He scheduled appts for us & spent a lot time going over our plans. He is the ultimate professional pointed out nuances we did not realize. We took the estimate home went over in detail with our plans to confirm all sizes & rooms were adequate. We returned to finalize our order received a great discount as they were on sale! Start to finish he WAS SIMPLY SO KNOWLEDGABLE AMAZING KIND CONSIDERATE ORGANIZED CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ACCOLADES! We will be back to finalize the doors, framing and other items for the home. Not only did we save a lot of money compared to the other Lumber Store we had started at we have great confidence in Naz, his recommendations and his expertise gave us an extreme amount of confidence in spending this type of money and knowing Home Depot stands behind their products!

Customer service at this store has really detoriorated.

I really appreciate the effort that all the employees make to help customers. When you find, as I did today, an employee that loads merchandise in peoples' cars putting out that extra effort - you know you are dealing with a place that values customer service. This employee unloaded my return ( a heavy toilet that was the wrong model), helped me get the replacement and then reloaded it into my car, making sure that I got through the process rapidly and accurately! Great service!

There is plenty of parking, the store is easy to navugate and the staff are not only friendly but knowledgeable.

Never again, we ordered a blind and 4 weeks later discovered it was never ordered.

Went in super frustrated about a project, ended up getting the best possible advice from a sales associate who also showed me everything I needed to get the job done. My husband and I had an excellent experience while purchasing items here for our new home. We walked out with a refrigerator that was at a better discount than any place we’d seen. We had help from several employees, but Michael with appliances went above and beyond to let us borrow a refrigerator dolly and help load it onto our truck. We were very grateful!

I found every person in all the departments where I needed materials were very professional, able to assist with professional service and informative info. All went beyond the call of normal duties and got me everything and all info that I requested and or needed. Wonderful friendly kindred spirits. Most of all it was rather late in the day when I arrived to do my shopping and every one had smiles on their faces. Wonderful Wonderful experience. Keep up the fantastic work.

This store is very understaffed. Managers are supposed to have enough employees working to help the amount of people that shop at Home Depot. This store does not meet those expectations. The met team people don’t even help either. They don’t know where anything is. All they do is text on their phones or just star there and talk with the other employees. I’m unsatisfied today with this store. I prefer to drive further to another store than this one to get the help that is needed.

This store is close to our home! Our experience last Saturday was head and shoulders above other shopping experiences! Keep up the great work! The store was clean and every employee was friendly and helpful!

There's really no need to go to competitors since the Home Depot in Glendale has just about every imaginable product that you would expect to find. And while the store is set up to accommodate self-service, the folks who work there have a wealth of knowledge about the very many products they have. They are always willing to help and seem anxious to please. I think management insists on them leaving their personal issues at the door before checking in for work. I've been shopping at this store since June of 2006 when I was in building management. Yep. You can't go wrong ~

Overall this store is kind of a disaster. Doesn’t seem like management has a very good handle on this place. Could have been a bad day but it just doesn’t seem there’s anybody supervising anything.

Brittney is the greatest she helped me with all my supplies for my home improvement project. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. There is also the young men who helped me get the supplies into my vehicle and tie it down so that it would be safe to drive.

Home Depot has become a great big do it yourself a nightmare

Maybe all Home Depot stores are this way but this one Is awful. They stopped carrying a bunch of stuff so now you have to order it from HD. Better prices elsewhere. Check out is a nightmare now that you have to do it yourself. No one to help so if you buy a lot, it takes forever. Buying 27 widgets? You get to use a stupid scanning gun to take each and every one of the 27 widgets and scan it separately yourself. And good luck if you have to return something. New DIY registers means it’s a forever wait. It’s a very unpleasant shopping experience. Avoid if possible!

Terrible experience. This may be the worst Home Depot in the area, due mainly to management indifference and poor customer service. I called to check inventory on a paint sprayer and was told that they have three on hand. I make the 45 minute drive to the store only to discover that the associate never bothered to look. Zero on hand. Great. So a manager helps me place a special order in-store. This process takes over an hour. Not sure why, but they didn't see familiar with the systems. I pay, wait the quoted week, nothing shows up at my house. Log in to check order status, still shows up as "in process." I call the store and a customer service rep says the order got botched. He said he was busy and asked me to contact the vendor directly. More time wasted. Call the vendor and they have no record of the order. More time wasted. Call the store again and ask to speak with a manager. The lady identifies herself as "the only female manager on staff." She's beyond rude, could care less that the I'm out $500 with no paint sprayer. Basically tells me to keep waiting or take my business elsewhere, doesn't matter to her. The latter would require an in-store visit and more time wasted, mind you, to process the refund, apparently due to security concerns. Funny because you can buy things with credit cards over the phone all day at this store, but they can't issue refunds in the same manner?? Paraphrasing, but essentially her attitude was, "we have plenty of customers, bad things happen all the time, just wait another month and you may see it show up." Awesome. Never shopping here again.

My experience with Scott, at the HD in Glendale, CO was great! I'd had a very long, hard two weeks of appliance shopping both online and at other 'trusted, big box' stores. The experience left me exhausted and frustrated. By the time I got to HD I was at my wits end. Scott introduced himself, took me through the features and benefits of the washers and dryers I had been looking at, discussed pros and cons, and once i made the choice, he arranged the bundle of products I'd need when they came to deliver, delivery date, and walked me through checkout. Joseph was very friendly and got us through the payment process quickly. Scott knew everything about the brands, models and dimensions, and didnt have to look them up. He won my business and I'm telling everyone I know about Scott. I bought a Samsung w and d, and delivery was scheduled for today, Friday. Unfortunately, Samsung didnt get the product to the company for delivery in time so I have to reschedule the delivery for next week. I hope this isnt a preview of coming attractions with Samsung.

Mark in plumbing was such a great help!! He didn't let me wander and gave excellent advice. And even though I used self-check out, an employee made sure it went smoothly and I found what I needed. Everyone was extremely helpful.

I first came on 1/18/2019 to purchase carpet, until 2/5/2019, never saw a person in carpet dept. Anybody are helped me, but actually not know the system very well. I have question about quote they gave to me, and nobody can explain why they overcharge. Then the quote expired and they cancelled the quote. but they charged me the measure fee.

Super busy store, but the service is top notch. Never had a issue here. Over 20,000 a year spent here. My preferred store.
