Norbert, the general manager ended the Pro Extra ID line for construction workers and is also ignoring the "100 person in the store at once limit". If you are an essential worker, find another store before you get sick. If you are an essential moron not wearing a mask, this is the place for you.

The main issues here at Glendale affect many Home Depots. (1) Constant blasting of music over the PA, which is distracting and annoying. (2) Some employees are of questionable capability, with others being clearly overworked. (3) Poor inventory management, leading me to visit a chain of locations trying to find all my shopping list items in stock.

This store is particularly very calm and so are the employees. Great work! Much much respect to you all for being so patient with everyone during this time.

Highly recommend for Kitchen renewal, experienced architects, good teamwork. Friendly & helpful associates who cooperate with each other, take you within the store from point a to b to walk you through each step.

Amazing customer service always! I always have a great experience when visiting the store. From cashiers like Saeed to the pro desk Ray,Shawn, Bianca, Michelle and JB at the Pro desk...everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful all the way to the lot assistants. I visit Home Depot stores throughout the Metro Denver area quit a lot. This store has some of the friendliest and helpful employees of most of the stores I visit. Most go above and beyond to help find what you want or need.

The store is convenient, but they are always out of stock and Nobody that works there seems to know where anything is… Just like the other Home Depot stores

I go to Home Depot on a daily basis but I prefer to go to the store on Colorado Boulevard in Glendale Colorado 80245 due to the fact that everytime I go into this store I get the best customer service especially from the paint department from Judy and Angel they're always so very helpful and they always go above and beyond thank you for the awsome customer service and to be honest they both should get a raise.

The staff at this location was exceptional! I was a pretty needy customer and they helped me the whole way through my project planning which actually revised my plan for the better. Great store!

It's just always good here. I love that associate don't bother you, but when you ask a question they know how to answer.

I don't think Home Depot ever did not have what I needed for our Home Repairs. Be sure to hunt up their experts as it will help or save your project. I am the ultimate non handy man. And speak from my personal experience. Prices are always competitive.

This is a great store. Often very busy, but when you can find someone to help, they are super sweet and if they can't answer your questions, they will find someone who can. For being such a huge hardware store, their employees really do their best to be helpful and kind.

Well stocked in small items for plumbing, electrical, hardware repairs; also, water heaters and tools for non-professionals. ----Store is CONVENIENT to our home. ----BUT, we always Comparison-Shop, to assure the best prices, and also the BEST ITEM QUALITY.... ----Over the past decade, unfortunately, the knowledge and experience levels--of the store staff--have markedly deteriorated. It used to be that many/most staff had YEARS of actual construction/repair experience -- particularly in plumbing/hardware/materials/appliances/paint. Not so now, at least when I shop.... That is sad. ----THIS trip, I pointed out a damaged item (mat) to a staff staff member there, and he ignored my statement, and left the display without saying anything (just a bit of a nod, to show that he understood what I said).

We bought a $3500 countertop + install from this location and it turned into a mess. First, we were stood up on our first appointment,which we didn't make a big deal about and came back later in the week for another appointment. The appointment was long, but the clerk was friendly so it was a fairly good experience. However, the material we picked is a completely different thickness than what we were showed and what you see online (3/4" vs 1.5"). I have a kitchen from the 1940s, so they had to rip out my old countertop before measuring which is also when I found out about how thin the material actually is. The installer claimed it was changed a while ago and Home Depot should have mentioned that; they also refused to do any additional work to make the countertop fit better even if we paid them more. So I am going to have all of the weird gaps and a lower countertop unless hire another contractor or do the work myself. I have called this home depot a few times to talk about it and have yet to receive a response. Meanwhile, I have been without a kitchen sink/counters for 3 weeks and have not been informed on an estimated timeframe for the install. I feel like I would have been better off going straight to a contractor instead of involving Home Depot and I wou
