There is another home depot that is bigger and closer to my home. I specifically shop at this home depot because of your pro desk employee SHAINA. Her customer service is better than any other employee at any home depot I've visited. I have properties in Denver, Miami Beach, and New York. I build houses too. Out of all home depots, including Hawaii and Texas where I have remodelled places, this is the best one. And it is solely because of your PTO DESK employee SHAINA. Larry in the pro desk is cool too.

I still recommend this store as it is my favorite but the low review is for a few reasons, 1) I was misdirected by the first employees I asked for help,also one of them kept uncovering her face to speak which is unnecessary she could be heard regardless (COVID hazard), 2) they were out of stock on two of the three items I went there for, 3) I had to ask three more employees for help the first was wanting to dodge me the minute I stopped her to ask, the last two employees I asked for help nearly sent me out of the store with the wrong items. The last two employees were friendly which was quite redeeming given the experience.

Linda in the appliance department is so knowledgeable on all the various brands and models. She patiently educated me on the features of clothes washers and suggested several choices. It is great to be helped rather than sold to.

Great customer service in this particular store! Easy to find things and it has a good atmosphere ( not like the one on Mississippi Ave). Have shopped here for many years. One thing I didn't like was the $.75 that was charged on my can of paint as 'recycle paint care fee'! No good explanation for that! I will continue to shop there, but not for paint!

I was checking out at the pro desk, asking about the balance of the flooring I had purchased a week ago and expressing my displeasure at not receiving a phone call that my order was ready. The associate last week told me “you’ll just have to stop in and see if it’s ready.” I was also expressing my general displeasure with The Home Depot over the last 6 months, and that I had taken my business elsewhere. The pro desk manager introduced himself and verbally assaulted me and told me I could leave and go shop elsewhere if I was unhappy.” I told him he couldn’t talk to me like that I would escalate this and he told me to “go ahead”. I turned around to fill up another shopping cart and ran into the MOD. Told him the story, he said he would look into it and I understood. About 10 min later, the MOD called me back over and explained that “the pro desk manager shouldn’t have told me to shop elsewhere but he is very passionate about his department similar to how I am passionate about my business and that’s why he verbally assaulted me. I’ve spent more time than I care to think about the last 6 months with Depot Disasters but my go-to @ #1502 tells me that you guys need to know about these issues. I find it amusing that you don’t allow verbal assault words to be used in a review even if it was your own employee that said it. How am I supposed to tell you what happened????

Have shopped at home depots throughout the country and I am in Denver frequently to visit grandchildren. The store has always been filled with helpful people, however, they can be, on occasion, difficult to locate. In addition I would like to see hand washing stations throughout the store.

The store is clean and well organized with wide aisles. The website provides product information so that I know where to look before I get to the store. Parking is great. Good selection of seasonal merchandise. Sales folks in tools and irrigation are awesome. They know the products and will explain their recommendation.

Judy in the paint department works in the mornings and is extremely patient and helpful. I went back after she helped educate me on what I would need for my project and she is why I went back. Thank you Judy for offering such kindness and knowledge to this first time home painting project gal!

This shopping experience was much better compared to other home improvement stores simply because of my cashier. Deborah is a very kind and helpful cashier of The Home Depot. She was courteous and brightened my day. Keep up the great work!

After visiting a competing store during a week of home projects, we popped into this Home Depot and met up with Tyler. On a busy Saturday, he spent a great amount of time helping us with the questions we asked, and he proactively asked about things we would not have considered! What a gem!

I'm a homemaker who enjoys all sorts of home projects. For over 20 years, I have been a customer at Home Depot in Glendale, CO and have never had a negative experience. Help is always available. Staff is skillful, know their products and are always happy to help an ignorant female with whatever is needed for the project. My little dog is always welcome and gets treats! Each time I go to Home Depot, I get a warm, friendly welcome and superlative customer service. The store is kept clean and safe, especially important during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Friendly and helpful associates and store seemed very clean. I have been to other Home Depots and this one rises above because of staff. I will say however the parking is a little tight due to the layout but maybe staying away from the left side (pro) are would be better.

The store was very well organized. Products were easy to find. Did self checkout. Associate was standing by to help if needed. Very impressed. If I lived closer I would definitely visit this store for all my needs.

Some of the returns clerks are unfriendly and their demeanor is not the most respectful.

The manager who I spoke to, Aaron, did not want to honor the Home Depot's online policy. He clearly does not know that business corporate online policy outweighs store policy. Attitude was very dismissive.

Product available. Immediately got help from Sami in flooring answered my questions stood by my side until checkout where her brought me to Sean and Bianca at the Pro Desk friendly helpful associates. Thank you Sami, Sean and Bianca they went above and beyond with their customer service.

Last Friday was our lucky day. My husband and I went to this store to purchase a new microwave oven-- dutifully wearing our 'masks' --and thinking we'd have a long wait to get inside because the line of people (also wearing masks) waiting outside the bldg entrance was fairly long, but it moved rather quickly and once given the okay to enter we went directly to the clearly marked APPLIANCES dept, where fate smiled upon us and we found the salesperson in charge of said dept. to be most knowledgeable about the product and personable and patient in the extreme in taking time and care to assist us in selecting the model that fit our needs and our budget. Easily a FIVE STAR shopping experience from beginning to end.
