We had so many questions about our project to lay down Astro turf and no clue how to do it. The employees we so helpful. Helped us out with supplies and all the questions. The person at the checkout was amazing and positive.

Rob in plumbing at the Glendale store was so helpful to me. I was touched by his skill and kindness.

Chris in electrical was awesome to work with! He knew exactly where the product was located and he took the extra time helping me go through the shelves in order to help me find the recessed lighting I was looking for!!

I got my key duplicated here, and they were absolutely wonderful about letting me know what they were able to do at their location. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and directed to the right location, everyone was absolutely kind and helpful, and I was finished within 10 minutes of arriving. Great people, very knowledgeable and very kind!

Great shopping experience with several HD employees asking if they could help us; well-stocked shelves and much appreciated help in Returns, at check-out and in the parking lot.

Upon arriving at the store a rep assisted me by pointing me in the direction of the multi port outlets which I found they had plenty of. I was happy to be able to be able to get in and out like I did.

I was disappointed in plugging, flooring, and hardware. Flooring people were surfing the internet and not trying to help me with my blinds problem. Rod in plumbing looked at me and then the floor and walked away. I just needed help with a simple faucet problem.

Shouldn't check out be easy? It was anything but easy. The scanning system wasn't working for an item I tried to purchase. The employee trying to help couldn't identify it through part # or the photo lookup inventory. What's the point of selling something if the customer can't buy it?

Just because I'm in my 20s buying job material is NOT a reason to discriminate me and embarrass me to the point where I have to record and get someone on the phone to watch you empty my personal items into another cart. Weekend "manager" glorified cashier is what it means. If you need to see my receipt after you and your 4 other employees scanned it and ask me if all of my items are on there? You just cut the rope.

Very bad customer service. They tell you they have items in stock after you spend over an hour on the phone and then they don't have it when you get there. I should have known after I was hung up on 3 times not to shop there.

This store is well managed. The shelves are always well stocked. I generally have no difficulty finding a store representative to help me when I am unable to locate something on my own. And I have found the personnel very knowledgeable and always willing to assist me. And best of all, I have found the personnel to be friendly which just makes shopping at this store a pleasure.

It's generally tough to find products at this location, and hard to track down an associate for help. They don't tend to take an interest in assisting you either I've noticed.

Fantastic customer service! If you want help finding DIY materials, check out The Home Depot on Glendale. I needed a repair kit for mending vertical blinds. "Red" nailed it -- walking to the aisle where I find the product. Having success with that request, I asked her where to find preloaded back wall clips. Red did it again, not just telling me the aisle, but going the extra step and finding them for me. This associate was extremely friendly and helpful.

After some bad experiences at this store a few years ago, I switched to another home improvement chain for major planned purchases. I've noticed, however, on a few recent "small" trips to this store that the staff have been considerably more engaged and helpful. Circumstances made it necessary for me to purchase a bunch of lumber and gardening supplies from this store, as well as to rent a truck to transport it home. The experience was exceptional - every staff member that helped me (including the one that volunteered to help load the truck) was focused and engaged. The store had everything that I needed, too. This store has certainly redeemed itself in my eyes and I look forward to shopping here again.

Used to be a great store, but wow! The employees were clueless my last visit. All except Jen, this gal who worked hard and found the frost blanket I desperately needed. 5 employees standing around joking in customer service tried to deflect my question by pretending it wasn't in the store. When I said I'd just seen it on the Glendale website, one said, "oh, you know, that means you have to order it and come pick it up later." "No," I said, "I didn't select that option! It's here now, unless you sold out on the drive." (I needed a frost blanket - temps were rapidly dropping and I couldn't wait to order the danged thing.) So they accompanied me to the Garden Center, which was completely deserted. I had already walked the whole thing looking for frost blankets, eventually calling out for someone in various corners before going to customer service. While these men stood around looking lost, Jen (whom one of the nicer employees had asked earlier when HE was lost) came around the corner frost blanket in hand! She had kept looking. (BTW, the frost blankets are near the front of the Garden Center, tucked away behind one of the cash registers on a display.) She saved the day! All that said, I have historically encountered very knowledgeable employees at this store. They appear to be understaffed. And the staff they had in customer service? Not helpful. Don't waste your time there.

Very frustrating experience shopping today at Home Depot. I know you can do better, ask four associates for help not one could help me .

Caren was the only employee who was generous and helpful and i shop there 4 times a month spending 300 a visit. Some employees arent nice nor helpful or do they wanna help

John from flooring is a super helpful employee! He was willing to go above and beyond to find all units available for the product I was looking for. He even help me load the items in my car! John, if you are reading this, seriously THANK YOU!! He saved me lots of trips to other Home Depot locations and I really appreciate that. Glendale is definitely one of the better Home Depots in the area. Stapleton needs improvement.

For the past couple of decades we have only shopped at Home Depot for our home/rental repair needs - and mostly at this store. Until now I have been very happy with Home Depot and especially their wonderful employees, but that is about to end - or has already ended. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot over the past decades - but because Home Depot has not forcefully spoken about the anti-democratic voting restrictions in Georgia, which will soon be instituted in all of the other Republican controlled states, we have decided to no longer support Home Depot. There is nothing more fundamental to our democracy than free and fair elections and if Home Depot won't go the extra mile to support those rights, we will no longer support Home Depot - anywhere!

I found the front loader washing machine and front loader dryer I wanted. The person was knowledgeable and helpful. I did get the assistance I needed during this visit. The sales associate and her supervisor were very helpful.

I really like this store. It allows me to get things easily but the staff is always available to help me. It is kept clean and well stocked.

I recently stopped in this store to get keys made and Carlos was there to greet me. He was warm and approachable and directed me to where I needed to go. He was also my cashier and was kind, helpful and knowledgable. It made a huge difference in my day to be greeted and treated so warmly and kindly. I will definitely be returning to this Store and will recommend it to my friends and family!

I was interested in purchasing a stackable washer & dryer set, but wasn’t sure which one and had lots of questions on the product, required additional parts, install & delivery options. We had a slight wait as 2 other customers were ahead of us in line at the appliance department. The specialist assisting everyone greeted all customers, set expectations and once able to help us, he answered all our questions, gave honest feedback and was one of the friendliest & knowledgable employees we’ve ever encountered. Ask for Mike Casey, he knows his stuff!

Best Home Depot in Denver!! Superb customer service always! Also, clean, stocked and well laid out.

We came to Home Depot to buy kitchen appliances for our home. We ended up buying a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and washer & dryer (which we didn't intend to buy upon arrival). Our experience was WONDERFUL & the sole reason is due to Jeanine, the associate that helped us in the appliance department. When she approached us to help she wasn't pushy, but extremely informative, helpful, patient and compassionate. I would highly recommend Jeanine at the Glendale Home Depot to anyone!!

Had an issue with a fresh cut tree that I purchased at this location. Called and spoke to ops manager Adam. He was extremely kind and empathetic, and made it so easy to resolve my issue. Thank you for your help! You and your team are the reason my husband and I have been dedicated Home Depot shoppers for the past 10 years.
