The Sales Associate/Cashier, Cathy, was amazing and went out of her way to ensure that my sales experience was excellent !!! She was helpful via my initial phone inquiry and in person at the store. A truly outstanding employee !!! Home Depot is my primary source for all my home, yard and all things "Home Depot" !!!

Compared to what it use to be, This store is much cleaner, much nicer and well stocked. People there are very nice and eager to help .

They were very helpful and assisted me throughout the store. The paint department helped with the right type of products for my project. Kurt in flooring was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and personable and went above and beyond to inform and help me obtain what I needed. Anna the cashier was friendly and fast. I couldn't ask for more.

Decent prices and good staff. Things go out of stock pretty quickly. It's better to order online for pickup or to just make sure what you're looking for is still there before you go.

I received great service from the employees of this location. From my entrance entering the store with help finding the correct aisle from the exceptional great service I received from Doug with my purchase, to my departure with the friendliness from the cashier Justina.

Entire staff is friendly courteous helpful and these are just a few terms that least describe how amazingly kind these people are. This environment makes me believe that all of these employees are hired, they don't get paid to be kind, it's in their honest nature. Even if they don't have the best deals for me at their store they definitely help me find one close to me which is why I don't go to any other Home Improvement store because you can't put a price on Perfection and that's what this store is. My idea of the best deal is getting the personable professional patient attention and honest kindness that comes from every visit I get to the store

Greetings from Cathy D and Wayne in plumbing talked me through a plumbing issue that i had no idea what i was doing . It was a lot easier with correct pipes that he showed me how to fix a incorrect system in stalled by a plumber. Saved a lot of money .Went through self checkout but its nice have an employee there to ring up something that wont scan. STORE 2501 is the best !!!

The store was ok and the customer service was ok. My only issue was the employee assured me over the phone that they had plenty of a particular item that my local stores didn't have in stock. So 30 miles and 4 dollars in tolls later I found he was wrong and they had none in stock. 60 miles and 8 dollars later no item. I tried to purchase it on line at the white marsh store but the department manager said there would be a 30 dollar shipping fee and ship to store was not available.

Great store very nice and clean associates were all nice and helpful.would recommend all the people friends and family to shop at this location.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this Store! All the employees assist with no reservation and not afraid to cross into an area they are not familiar with to find someone who is! The other locations have a lot to learn from this store!!!

So glad they open the ends of the tool coral isles.....much more convenient!

Customer services is always fantastic at this store! Associates are very helpful and always friendly (they don't let you wander aimlessly around the store; they actually ask if you need help and make sure you find what you need).

There are 2 big chain home improvement store in the area, Here there is self check out for the small stuff, but I rarely stand in line if I buying the big stuff.

This Glen Burnie store is great. Shane and Tamara helped me to complete my bathroom remodel by finding me the vanity that I really wanted. They went above and beyond to make the experience GREAT. I would recommend this store.
