The customer service manager was so disrespectful and rude. I went to do a cash return and 2 of the receipts wouldn't scan so she wouldn't do the return and told me to go to another store because she wasn't punching the numbers in to do the return. Then there was this rude disrespectful unprofessional employee(Dee) that threatened me. She was like do u want me to take off my apron and I'll meet u outside. What kind of employee does that? The customer service manager was standing right there when she said it and she did absolutely nothing or said nothing to her. They are the most unprofessional employees that work at that store. I will tell all my contractors to go somewhere else besides Home Depot. Home Depot will lose my business. We spend over $35,425.91 ourselves and God knows what else our other contractors spend each time they come in there. I will make sure they WILL NEVER GO TO GLEN BURNIE MARYLAND 21060 HOME DEPOT. After the experience I had there I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE. Unless someone does something about the customer service manager and the lady Dee who also works at customer service.

From the time we walked in to us walking to our car, we had employees either say hello or ask if we needed help. Jimmy the manager is such an amazing person!! Clean store!!!

I experienced the best customer service I've ever experienced in any Home Depot in the Glen Burnie Home Depot. TY helped me find an alternative item when we couldnt find my item. Then I saw JIMMY and KRISTIE and they stopped to help, telling me the item was overhead then helped me look for it. Jimmy called Beth and she came and suggested the aisle we actually found it in. Jimmy used a ladder to get the item. Kristie was called away and she came back to check on me. WOW I was in awe of their teamwork and willingness to drop everything to get me what I needed. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I was helped several times to find the people and merchandise I needed. Employees were available to ask questions of, and were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I will bypass closer stores to patronize the Glen Burnie Home Depot.

This review is about tool repair. I had warranty work done on an EGO trimmer. Home Depot was my only choice. I dropped off the trimmer on 4/20/21 and was told 6-8 wks. Eight weeks later I was notified it had just been sent out. The problem is only a supervisor can authorize a tool to be sent out. I guess the sup was missing for 8 weeks. After more effort than one would expect I spoke to the store manager. She was firmly behind the idea that only 1 person should be authorized to send out tools, regardless of the delay or inconvenience to the customer. Otherwise, it seemed like a perfectly normal HD. Just do not use their repair service if you can help it.

I love the Glen Burnie store on Ordnance Rd! Today I encountered 2 great employees, Laura Schneider & Paul Weisman, who went above & beyond to help us!! As a matter of fact, all the cashiers we encountered to today (at service desk & the pro desk) were also so friendly & helpful, along with the two young men at the paint department….wish I would’ve gotten all their names!! Great store!!

Attention!! Anyone looking to do a kitchen make-over, should go to the Glen Burnie store!! I found all my beautiful needs & had the best kitchen designer, Laura Schneider, to be of the nicest & greatest help! Herself & Paul Weisman, in that department, both go above & beyond to help you!!

We live in the opposite side of town & choose to drive over the Key Bridge to this location! Not to mention, if you need any assistance with kitchen design, see their designer, Laura Schneider, she is the absolute best!!

Had a great experience, when I didn't really know anything about what I needed to buy, the guy in the tool department helped me from start to finish.. Great friendly employee..

2nd time I have gone to the Store to make purchases and have gotten an Attitude from employees I have interacted with and no caring by Members fo Customer Service Good Luck getting what yo shop this store for without an Attitude from employs

I visited this location today. I was helped by Ms.Jackie at the Pro Desk. She was very patient and kind despite me having a very frustrating situation with my credit card. We were able to get the problem resolved and she made sure that my account was credit for the Pro points related to today's purchase. This location needs more employee's like Ms.Jackie.

Found what I wanted, employees very friendly. Strongly recommend Home Depot

They were extremely friendly treated you well they would help you find things you needed

2 times in less than 6 months, I have placed large orders and paid for the items, only to find over a week later when some of the items were to be picked up that the store did not have them available and was told even though they were stock items. The store called other stores and did what they call visual verify but when I arrived at those stores, the items were not actually available in quanities specified and those stores would not honor .discounts from Glen Burnie store. So this mess cost me over 4 hours of lost time, $20 in gas and over $20 in increased price for the same items. I can NO longer trust the Glen Burnie store placing an order. Bewar ONLY pay for what you can carry out when you pay or you will waste lots of time and money.

Always I find the materials We are need.The vinyl flooring area, the old male in the aisle or area always attends Me so cordially. But on this visit I would like to thanks to the cashier name is TYRIQ ,He was excellent in assisting Me and I asked him a question about a product and he was very professional and would give him a 10 out of 10. Although my first time experience at this location wasn’t very pleasant I gave four stars because of a wonderful employee name Tamica or Tomica who was over in the painting department. After asking two other associates for help on locating a Heat Gun and both of their reply being “I don’t know” with a shoulder shrug and a brush off, I walked over to Ms. Tamica and asked her where I could find a heat gun, she quickly replied “ Isle 4, Bay 7”. JUST LIKE THAT!! I walked back over to thank her and ask her name and she asked if I need additional help. She is so polite, professional & knowledgeable. Thanks Tamica! You’re appreciated and I hope you get recognition and rewarded for your outstanding customer service.

Always find what I need, fast in and out

I received a gift card for Christmas, and wasn’t sure how to use it. The cashier was very friendly and help me finish my purchase.....

Good associates and good stock of products. I can usually find what I need here and get in and out quickly.

I was pretty disappointed with my recent visit to this store as the cashier would not give me my full military discount on full-priced items.

STORE IS CLOSE TO HOME AND, A NICE PLACE TO BROWSE NEW PRODUCTS.

The sales cashier was phenomenal!! I normally like to do self-checkout but with buying kitchen cabinets and lumber, it was easier to go through the cashier line. She was very helpful and even called extra employees to help me load up my truck.

Staff very friendly and outgoing helped me with everything I needed. I did not have to go and look for someone to help me, employees are always walking around, Outgoing staff.
