I've been going to this store for over 30 years, it feels like home. Employees have always been helpful and super friendly. Which is important to me being on disability and quite often needing help

Went to this store 2 times today , both times could not get anyone to help me get concrete from the shelf or load it in my car , it was 80lb per bag next time I need concrete I will go to Lowe's, I will see if they have workers that can help me ( 2 cashiers call for help , no one came)

This afternoon, I went to Home Depot looking for Double Sided Carpet Tape to secure the rugs in my classroom. I was sent in the right direction by one employee but couldn't find what I needed. I went looking for another associate and found Jimmy walking with another man. I asked him for help and he went above and beyond, walking me to the aisle and chatting with me along the way. When we got there, he picked out the best product for my needs and then offered to purchase it for me as well since I am a 7th Grade Teacher and it was for my classroom! A HUGE thank you goes out to Jimmy and the Home Depot team for supporting local teachers and our community. I could not be more grateful!

I regularly shop at the Glen Burnie Home Deport and have always been very satisfied. Great customer service and help employees especially in the appliance Depot. John is wonderful and has helped me purchase multiple appliances over the last several years.

Home Depot is my go to store. Typically the items I need are there and the employees are helpful.

Excellent service! I called this store to verify an item was in stock. Employee who worked in another dept answered the phone, checked the computer, and then physically verified item as in stock. Let me know aisle and bay number and pulled the item forward for me if I came in later to get it. I came in but found the price was slightly different from the other HD store I was at earlier. The employee called the other store, verified the price, and then matched it for me.

In my opinion, the cashier treated me (a female) as if I didn't know how to do anything. If you're female, I would not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like you don't know what you're doing, up to and including assuming you don't know how to operate the self serve check out! Also, introverts beware...the cashier hung all over me when I was checking out even though there were 3 other checkouts in use (all by men) because she said she didn't think I would know how to use a cash register! (I'm in self serve for a reason.) She also asked if I would be using my drywall saw for carving pumpkins! I wonder whether she would ask a man that? It's the 4th of July, not Halloween! She spoke to the men much differently than she spoke to me IMO, and I'm flipping a house!

Charles from Electrical went above and beyond helping me find the product and then getting the metal clothes hanger pole cut to size.

Yes. I presently do not live in the area yet I gladly support my local home depot.

when ever I come to Home Depot 2501 glen burnie , I always have a pleasant trip, The sale people are always friendly … very knowledgeable .. the store is always clean and very easy to fine what I need

This store is easy to get to and has a large selection of everything you need. It could use a little update/modernization to make it a bit cleaner, but overall it's good. A bit difficult to find an associate when needed, but they are very helpful when located. The tool rental is great and the newer handheld scanners at self-checkout are fabulous.

John, working in Appliances was very professional and helpful. We we very pleased for the time he was able to give us. There was no one except him in 3 departments. He was very busy but took as much time as he could to make us feel we were important. We were in the Glen Burnie store in MD.

Gordon in the Garden Dept did a wonderful job helping us to find a wonderful grill. He took the time to find one for me in a box, then I changed my mind to a different one. He then found that one in a box. He was very helpful! We also prefer this location because they are very welcoming to our two Saint Bernards, as not all HD's allow dogs. Even though this location is not the closest to us, we'll drive to 2501 because of their wonderful customer service and their tolerance of dogs.

I have always received excellent service at this location. Many times I have ordered online and gone in later to pick up my materials and they were always prompt at delivering the materials and very courteous and friendly. I can't ever recall a time when an employee was gloomy or less than helpful.

Love this store! I have been using them for the past 4 years and always have the best experiences. There are 2 in the local area but this one is by far my choice. From the customer service reps to department managers to department employees I find them to helpful and kind.

It's always a pleasure shopping at this location. You are always greeted by friendly faces that will go above and beyond to help you get the job done. And the best part... they won't steer you wrong! Whether its fixing a leaky faucet or water proofing your basement (just to list a couple projects I've been in for) they made sure I had everything I needed to get it done and get it done right.

I went into this store to purchase materials for my Kindergarten students for our unit on Living things. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by an employee. After receiving help finding everything I needed, we went to the checkout where I was surprised by hearing that Home Depot had made a donation of these materials to my school. I have been teaching for 6 years and this has never happened before. I look forward to going back and shopping here again!

I rarely go to any home depot outside the glen burnie area. I know the store layout. I especially like the man that works in the electrical section at nights. His name is Jay. The store is always organized and clean. The associates are always friendly and helpful.

This store used to be a great store, but I've watched it go downhill over the years. Recent visits include having to go to the customer service desk to seek help for various departments, and then still waiting for someone to arrive in the department. It was close to 30 minutes before finally getting help in the appliance department on one visit and again in the lumber dept on another visit. Frequently items are in limited quantity. On my most recent visit, I needed MDF hardboard--there were exactly 2 sheets left and one was busted. On the same visit, I wanted a 20-pack of corner braces, but there were none, forcing me to purchase multiple 4-packs at a higher cost. In the bin where they should have been was a variety of items not in their correct bins. I see better organization in the clearance sections than I do in the regular sections.

The customer service always exceeds my expectations at this location. Family and pet-friendly environment makes the visits enjoyable.
