Employee did her best to recover items left by customers.

Evaluate your procedures on moving merchandise during peak business hours and making customers wait to get their item to purchase as this will cause them to leave and go to other businesses. Also NOT one employee said one word to me in the store, some looked right at me and ignored me.

Very nice organized

Selection is appropriate for a builder. Each dept is fully stocked. Staff is pleasant and helpful. This is my "go to" location for building supplies

At least one hour of my time was wasted. I specifically went to customer service to explain a pricing issue I was having related to completing an online order. Although a product was in-stock in the store when I went to purchase site-to-store it didn't recognize the available item, it only said that quantities we're limited and check the store for availability. I was told I could get the product at the online price then after waiting an hour for the product to be brought up front I was told that was not correct. I reiterated that I explained the issue from the beginning and was told I could get it for the online price. I also explained that I even tried to call the on line orders customer service number to see if they could manually process the order for me but even the online orders rep had the same issue....when you try to add to carts it says quantities are limited. The rep said, well I thought the price would ring up the same. I didn't want to cause a scene so I just left. But why would I come to c/s about a pricing issue if everything was raining up the same!?!?!

The associate Jimmy was extremely helpful and a very pleasant person. He was extra attentive to everything we needed and guided us to it without Hesitation. The cashier Dian was also pleasant and fun to talk too! They make every bit of your shopping experience worth it!

I love Home Depot they're not the cleanest stores in the world but it's because of what you're dealing with lots of lumber bags of concrete someone and someone a lot of Dusty stuff. But I do like the fact that they have a lot of stuff that's on hand and they're available for assistance at any time to help you and answer any questions that I may have about anything whether it's about tools or whether it's about something or Home Improvement or whether it's about something inside my house that even has nothing to do with Home Improvement or anything that they even sell they are quick to answer and try to help me with any questions that I have and I do appreciate that I love Home Depot.

I’m required to rate a minimum of one star to submit this. I wanted to rate this a zero. This place is a joke. Employees don’t know what they’re doing and are completely unhelpful. Products were out of stock. Terrible shopping experience. I was here for a good hour, when I should have been in and out in 10 minutes. Also, they don’t enforce face coverings as required...I saw a handful of customers and employees take them down below their chin while I was here. From now on, no more Home Depot.

Repeat what does homedepot a really friendly although it's hard to find things that you need sometimes because they sell out because they're such a busy store it is a very nice store to shop in

I have gone to another store for a long time but Home Depot will be the place now!! Unless they don't have what I want

I had difficulty matching paint for a project. I returned paint that wasn’t right for the job, and that’s when I encountered Dawn at the customer service desk. My transaction had some complications, but she made it look simple. When I left to go to the paint dept, Dawn followed me all the way across the store because I had left my original receipt behind. She was pleasant and so efficient and took care of my return with ease. And, she was friendly and kind the whole time—what a pleasant experience, especially during these strange times. I find that the staff at this location (Faith in paint, the staff helping with the checkout process) to be far more efficient and friendly than the staff at the Mountain Road location. Wonder if it’s the tone set by store management? Even though this store is a longer drive for me, I’ll be patronizing it from now on.

Some people know it all and some don’t know anything, Train your people better Beth was no help but the kid mario was super helpful and useful didn’t trade me off or walk away like some people did I asked three people for help before he assisted and the others just wasted my time

This store had two associates approach us and ask if we needed help with anything. If you've ever shopped at home improvement stores, you know that often times it's very difficult to even find a store associate, let alone be approached TWICE by different associates to see if you need help.

If you want great customer service knowledge and people who care shop at this store. They are all awesome from the young lady who answered the phone and checked stock prior to arrival to the cashier and then the gentleman that loaded are assisted in loading our truck.

Tamica in paint and appliances is fantastic! She knows what she is talking about and spends time with her customers. She helped me find the right appliances for me.

Of all the Home Depots in the area, this one seems to have a larger selection and more helpful staff.

"LET'S DO IT!" - Perfectly describes the employees at this location. The personnel take it personal, from stocking, displays, cahiers and in-store services, they help with questions, ideas and options. When at this store, you can expect friendly faces and polite people. Thank you Store 2501.

Home depot Glen burnie is clean and set up well. Customer Service is exceptionally nice people. Wonder Woman is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. This is the best Home Depot
