Best Home Depot ever. Always have what we need.

Great customer service, much better than the other store.

I LOVE this store! Neat, friendly, easiest shopping trip every time.

Don't expect customer service from the manager. The store is great, just needs customer training. Lots of products, a candy store for me. (Was the Manager friendly…) No I don't agree to the terms and conditions.

Carolyn was extremely polite and helpful. The store was clean and organized.

The employees at this store are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and absolutely friendly. That is why this is my store of choice for all of my home projects. I go in with questions and I feel like I am talking to a friend or an acquaintance...they are very down to earth. Thank you for making a difference!! The store is also very tidy and well laid out. And, they have way more stuff available online. You can check for none emergency stuff online and have it either sent to the store or your home. Picking up my order from this store was so easy.

Nice experience

Marie in appliances was great in helping us out with our refrigerator decision.

I'm giving this store a 1 star solely because of my interaction with the one person I dealt with. Cashier Alisha made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I was shopping around for plants. She was glaring at me while I was looking around trying to find the best looking ones. 90% had dead/ or dying leaves which I understand happens with live plants, so I was trying to pick the best ones. When I was somewhat happy with what I had, I went to check out. I asked her if I could get a discount on one of them and she initially told me no. So I asked her if I could ask a manager. That's when she got visibly upset with me. Her manager did walk by and she asked. And I was able to get 10% which I wasn't really happy with, but I accepted it and said thank you. As I was paying, I felt extremely uncomfortable because her dirty looks were constant and obvious. I asked her why she had an attitude, and she just kept her eyes down. My son then asked me what was wrong, and I told him this lady is upset with me because I asked for a discount. As I was walking out the store, the cashier had said something to me, but I did not hear what it was. It made me upset and uncomfortable to the point where I decided to call and let the store manager know what happened. I took awhile, but I finally got ahold of Jim. He was not happy about the situation either. And he made me feel better about the fact that is not how things should operate at their store. So I would go back to shop, this rating is specifically for my one experience I had there, as it is not my go to place to shop

Mary in appliances and Belinda in cabinets are wonderful to work with.

We were shopping for a refrigerator that we had seen on line. When we got to the store, it was not in stock as we had been informed. The employee that helped was very helpful. He was very patient with us in narrowing down the refrigerator that we needed. He also informed us about the insurance policies and refunds available.

I have always received good service from helpful staff at this store. Their aisles are wide and the signage is good, making things pretty easy to find. They have a lot of stock, and even more choices on line.

The Gig Harbor Home Depot store is the best of the best. I have shopped there for over 10 years and have consistently experienced caring, knowledgeable, professional service, a variety of products at competitive prices! The store is clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly and always helpful.

This store is in my area and I shop there when I need items they carry. The store staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. It's the reason I keep going back and not just "shopping the ads".

The found the shower stall I needed and even shipped on to my home . ( I like Home Depot )

The employees make all the difference. All home improvement stores are pretty much the same, as far as I'm concerned. The friendly and knowledgeable people are what makes the Gig Harbor store special. I am always able to get the help I need. If one employee knows of someone more experienced, about what I'm lookng for, they find that person for me even if it means walking ,with me, to the other end of the store. The store is very clean, too.

All the employees who helped me were friendly and funny. They made my visit worth the drive.

Garden employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful

I found everything that I was shopping for quickly. Yhe entire staff from entering the store to leaving the checkout was very courteous, kind and treated me as if they truly wrre there to assist me in all my needs. Keep up the good work. I felt at home. The isles were easy to navigate and very clean.

This store was very nice! People were helpful altho 2 of 3 misdirected me when I asked for sprinkler/irrigation parts. However, the third gentleman I asked was extremely helpful going with me to point out exactly where the parts were to be found. I appreciated that. They had the parts I needed for my sprinkler/irrigation system. And they had the string trimmer I wanted at a very good price! The only "complaint" is that there is a LOT of stuff stacked up in the aisles...sort of like an obstacle course. I'm assuming things were going up on shelves and just hadn't made it there yet.

Sometimes difficult to find employee to assist you.

Bad customer service

I wanted to shout out about the awesome customer service received from both Nicole and Mandy for helping me order custom doors, something I was completely out of my range of knowledge with, but they walked me patiently through the entire process.

Been going here since it opened. (Have been going to Various H D's since 1985). Gig Harbor USED to be dependable but corporate is killing the brand: are they are millennials who NEVER TURNED A WRENCH? Less and less inventory every time I go in: 50% of the time I GET SOME sleepy-eyed kid in an orange smock say that I should go home and order from the website! The H D reps I've seen there FOR YEARS are getting very frustrated and starting to quit. They are telling me that the new corporate profile will KILL HOME DEPOT ...and I FULLY AGGREE!

I am only recommending this store because of Brooke P. She was more than helpful in my time of need. I could not figure out the new self checks and she came to my rescue. Even banging up my items and wishing me a good day, all while helping all other 3 check out stations. A+++ (Brooke P. Deserves a raise) I will be returning soon! She turned around my Home Depot experience single handily -Casey O.
