The Millwork Department is a hot mess! :( we had our french door measured by HD for a retractable screen door, which went fine. We went to the Millwork Department to order the screen; the two young men there admitted they were new and told us they weren't sure how to place our order! This was obvious, as we received a call from a woman in Millwork (could NOT understand her name on the message - people, speak clearly!) to tell us she had received our screen door, but it was the WRONG SIZE!!! UGH - now we have to schlep back over there and straighten this out. Please train and CONFIRM all your employees know how to input an order!!!

This store redeems all other giant store frustrations. Staff is available and friendly, and helpful.

This store is has such friendly & knowledgeable employees! They know where everything in the store is - all you have to do is ask, and they either point you to it, or they take you there. It's a fine store, conveniently located, clean, & safe.

Always have good service and knowledgeable employees. Today Shar in flooring went beyond her department and resolved an issue I had. Was very impressed with her and her ability to know what to do and with a smile.

Shop this store regularly, normally during the early hours in the morning. Store is much cleaner and organized, In and out without issues. After 7 am Items and carts left in the aisle unattended. If assistance needed from staffs many times they are nowhere to be found. If you need any lumbers , hope you have time to wait

I tried to return a $26 item. After 15 minutes of being abused, humiliated, and lied to by employees of the Gig Harbor, Washington, store I finally received my refund! Why do you allow this type of behavior to exist in one of your stores? In my experience during several visits to this store, more often than not the employees are surly, rude, uninterested, lazy, and argumentative. It seems to me that this is a systemic problem with roots at the top of the local chain of command, i.e., the store manager and perhaps the District Manager!

Employees go out of their way not to help answer questions or in general. Returning items is very painful as there is not enough staff working the returns, the phone rings constantly and no one answers it.

Watch the charges on your HOME DEPOT card, If their computer glitches expect to spend a few hours on the phone to correct erroneous charges. I found almost $2,000 worth of errors Citi bank is not much help, I have to go to the store to correct this overcharge to my card. So I Pay with your own card.

Gig Harbor HD contractor/special order desk was super during COVID-19 delivery restrictions. The gal at the Contractor desk didn't hesitate for a moment to get an order placed directly with the HD supplier to get materials delivered for new home construction project in a rural area. Very professional and wasted no time to place the order and delivery arrangement. HD just keeps coming through over the years!

Nice store if you live nearby. Prices are comparable to other brick and mortar home improvement.

The social distancing on entry is good, the man monitoring the entrance was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, this home depot always looks better during opening hours. Overnight crew seems to organized and clean better than day crew. I often shop here during opening and evening hours. And it's like night and days. During the evening shopping the place look like a disorganized flea market. In the opening hour it look like grand opening.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Always knowledgeable even in different departments. Some of the staff even recognize us when we go often. It makes me feel comfortable! 100000% new fave store:)

Just moved here and both times we’ve been in Kimberly has helped us. The store was clean and the employees were friendly, but Kimberly had a lot of patience when we were looking at appliances right before closing. And last night she helped us get checked out quickly too. Thank you!

The store was very clean and the items were well stocked. The staff was very helpful and very kind. I would return anytime I need home improvement items in the future.

Justin helped me find sand and select the proper wood. Logan explained the deference between carpenter bees and big wasps, and yard tools. A young man helped with a paint sample. Alessandra explained how to tell if a dishwasher was quiet. The tool man helped me find a Milwaukee Drill special with a free battery.Jan helped with a problem. Sheila helped make a payment on my account. And Emily was very helpful making correction on my receipt and getting my charges on my Home Depot card. Everyone was friendly and helpful even those who didn’t help me one on one.

Great store , could use a few more employees asking customers if they need help.

The employees just don't tell you where things are, they will take you to the item your looking for or the person that can help with the question you have.
