The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. It is always a pleasant shopping experience when I go to Home Depot. The woman that runs the tool department is amazing in her knowledge and ability to locate exactly what I need. Dave (older man that walks around holding onto shopping cart), knows the whole store like the back of his hand and has never failed to be able to answer my question.

Specifically this Home Depot has the nicest garden center of any I have visited. There is an amazing amount products in which they continue to update the inventory. The staff is very nice and helpful as well.

I was so impressed with the sales staff as well as the cashier. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knew the product.

I was in the store on 5/16 at 10:09 and Sale Cashier Jessica was polite, courteous, and friendly. HD Store 4728 should do something nice for her. The store was in good shape, clean and well stocked. I Don’t need review guidelines to write a review. Most people don’t. Lose them!

The level of customer service that Store Associate Paul showed was above and beyond what I could have expected!

I live in GA.and was having trouble finding a portable ac unit for a family member in GigHarbor, i was able to talk with Chris and she was able to verify stock on the item, put hands on it, and help me with the cross country purchase. Love this store- each department has a Scott. I’m using Scott in gardening as an example, because he is kind, helpful and goes one step beyond helping and will lift and load heavy products to help you out and he does it with a SMILE too! Thank you to all you -Scotts out there! Your the reason I keep going back!

This was a fairly complex situation involving an item that was being closed out at this HD store but not at others in the local area. I had a need for more of these items than they had at this store and I needed to find another HD store that had more of the item so I could complete a project. However, I wanted to buy more at one of those other stores and pick them up the next day. The clerk I was working with had never done a thing like this so it was a learning experience for her. She handled it like a pro though as did the supervisor who helped her learn the new procedure. Took a bit of time to find a store that had the item and get the task done, but the employees handled it like a champ and I went to the other store the next day and got the other boxes of tile.

My favorite part of home depot is gardening.

I bought the beast tile saw as I have a 7 in blade ridgid and it has lasted 4 years and still going, however I spent 760 on the 10 in blade saw and get it home to unbox it and the thing was used. They had it sitting out at retail price with no indication that it was used. I feel dupped and this should not be a normal practice for a multi billion company.

Great customer service and product knowledge!

My husband and I received outstanding service for items we needed for our new home. The associate was very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to find the items we were searching for, checking stock on hand and researching when out of stock items would be available. Exceptional service like this is hard to find in "big box stores." We find that the best time to shop at Home Depot is in the evening when there are fewer customers

Have shopped in many Home Depot Stores in different states (Maryland, California, Washington). The Gig Harbor Store stands out in cleanliness, well-stocked shelves, friendly store associates and reasonable pricing.

The associates at this store are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Best Home Depot. I live in Tacoma and there's a Home Depot less then a mile from me on Center Steet. But I rather travel to Gig Harbor and pay the toll fee for GREAT customer services.

Went to the store on March 6, 2021. We counted at 16 customers that were NOT wearing masks. I ask the cashier if they had lifted the mask requirements and she said NO, but they were unable to enforce the requirement for wearing masks. "If customers do not want to wear a mask, they do not need too. There is nothing we can do" I do not feel safe at this store.

The store manager and a couple other employees were amazing and very helpful. They were direct and did not give up. They were professional and very kind.

I love this store they are GREAT, professional, they know there stuff..... I rely on their expertise. THANK YOU! oh and they love my dog and he love the store as well. MY STORE IS THE TUMWATER STORE, I am not sure how I ended up with Gig Harbor, never have had a good experience there.
