SCO Cashier Stephanie(6:30 pm) was extremely helpful and courteous and went out of her way to get me assistance in Plumbing even though no one showed up. At least she knows how to take care of customers.

Customer service is intolerable. Home Depot need to offer their employees tolerance training.

The store was clean and organised and I do not like the self check outs but they always have an attendant at a full service register

I just had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.To me that says a lot about a business and how they train and treat their employees. I had presented her with a difficult return and she handled it as a professional should.

Biggest issue with this store is that it's very challenging finding someone to assist you when help is needed. One day I was in store I was going down an aisle...an associate was coming up same aisle and turned around went back other way as I appear to wave them them down for question. Also some associates don't appear to be knowledgeable of their areas worked. Perhaps they should ask for help when they don't know their assigned area...to better assist customers.

Associates are friendly and helpful. Store is always stocked well or at least the best they can with the pandemic. I am doing some painting at home and Home Depot is my home away from home right now. All of my experiences have been good. I drive right by a similar store a mile away from home to shop at this Home Depot.

Always as well stocked as they can be considering the nature of shipping now with the pandemic. Store is clean, employees are friendly and eager to help with questions. I don't buy paint anywhere but Home Depot so I am in that particular frequently and it is always the same atmosphere, not hit or miss. I go right by another home improvement store and drive further to shop at the Gastonia store.

Store is nice but the thing that sets this store apart is their staff. They are helpful, courteous and friendly.

Josephine Knotts and Sonja Rios made my shopping experience great.. They both went above and beyond to help me .. Josephine Knotts was very knowledgeable about the store , she made several suggestions and gave me great ideas on my remodeling.. Sonja Rios made sure my delivery was scheduled correctly and that I understood everything and was comfortable before I left the store ... GREAT JOB LADIES !!!!

The store was clean, had no problems finding what I needed. Everyone was fire and helpful.

The store didn't have employees or customers wearing masks, and there wasn't a limit on the number of people in the store at one time.

There were no sanitizing wipes to clean the shopping carts, and not one employee was wearing a mask.

This store had plenty of vegetable plants and flowering plants to choose from. I had ordered a part for my mower online and paid for it, so all I had to do was provide the order # and my ID to pick it up at the Customer Service desk. The clerk was friendly and I was relieved to see plexiglass between her and me. The only way to check out was through the self checkout, and the machine didn't explain how to use credit instead of entering a pin#, but I was able to get help from an employee. The only issue I had was not seeing employees or other customers wearing masks. Thank goodness we had ours on.

When a fence needs mending, or a flower bed needs sprucing up, Home Depot has the stuff at the right price. Twas a quick trip with safe social distancing observed. All good!

Home Depot always has broad selection and value prices in the garden center. Small touch-up landscaping projects are a quick and easy one-stop shopping trip. The garden center sales associates do their best to help... making it a pleasant experience. Julie in the garden center was quick to ask if I found what I needed and directed me to the item I needed.

At a time when a lot of people are out of work, the employees here did not appreciate the job they have or the customers that shop there

Even during a national health crisis, I feel safe shopping for essential garden supplies at Home Depot. Song birds still need to be fed and flowers still need to be planted. Life goes on and Home Depot continues to serve our community safely in these times.

Home Depot garden center is always stocked with plenty of value prices mulch and bird feeding supplies... with friendly cashiers like "Xavier" to offer a quick smile and sincere welcome. All good.

Even in a national emergency, Home Depot is "one stop shopping" for essential faucet repair parts for client sink faucets that are 30 years old. Quick and easy trip. All good.

During the pandemic, Home Depot makes garden supply shoppers like me, feel comfortable with "social distancing" steps they have put into place, both in and out of the store. That's what made the shopping experience much better than some other category stores I had to visit during these unique times.

For my own home gardening needs, the Pandemic hasn't negatively effected Home Depot's broad and deep inventory. Our home garden song birds need to eat and flourish, and Home Depot continues to carry a broad array of bird feeding supplies. We are never disappointed.

One stop shopping for garden topsoil, mulch, edge stone, and sod for Springtime garden improvements. I had no need to run around to multiple retailers for supplies -- Home Depot always seems to have it all on hand. Always a good shopping experience.

Fresh sod is hard to come by locally in my town but Home Depot has is on hand in the Springtime. Home Depot is the place to turn for a handyman with small landscaping design projects. Easy and convenient source saved me miles of driving back and forth for sod.

Handyman projects must go on even in epidemics. I turn to Home Depot to find an ample, value-priced array of garden beautification materials to please my clients as they stay safe at home. Good selection of landscape edge-stone, mulch and top soil. I never need to make multiple stops to find the right materials. Easy one-stop shopping to turn around small jobs in a hurry.
