This store has some of the worst customer service ever. The employees are very unhelpful and have a terrible disposition. Shop elsewhere.

I have had to purchase plumbing items and other tools this year at Home Depot. Everyone is friendly and everything is easy to find. The gardening section is attractive and sometimes I just like walking through it.

I bought brush chipper that was assembled but they do not keep the operators manual, it’s the customers problem to Get it from manufacturer!

Spring or 2021 I purchased my first Milwaukee product - Fuel 1/2" DrillDriver 2803-20. Instant love was made. Today 12/4/2021 I added the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Blower to my collection. This made my leaf blowing an absolute dream. Its such a powerful tool the Turtle settings was enough to do the job. The rabbit setting is amazing like having superpowers. Milwaukee sells quality and there is simply no comparison to the results achieved.

I am not a professional, just a customer doing some home DYI. Needed lumber and equipment to build a shelf. Cole in lumber was absolutely amazing. He asked pertinent questions and was patient with me. He helped pick the lumber out, did a lot of cuts. Assisted in picking out the the right equipment. I left feeling great, he maximized the use of the wood and made I didn’t pick out equipment that was beyond what I would need.

The people are very helpful and friendly.

Was in this store this morning looking for an item that had been out for a while stopped an Associate that look like she was coming off of her break. Sonia so helpful.She went above and beyond trying to help me find the item I was looking for by calling other stores to see if they had it in stock and can be delivered to my house. I would really like to thank her for being so kind this morning.

I have had an exceptional experience with Maura Desomma in Appliances. She has been very knowledgeable and accommodating as I have been deciding on which refrigerator to purchase. She has really made the experience wonderful. She deserves a raise, bonus, or something extra for her work. She truly is a valuable employee that you need to keep! The store was clean and products were easy to find. The associate in the electrical department was very helpful.

I had an issue with a item that was returned and I used a gift card to pay for the replacement. The employees were able to reach out to the store manager and he personally took care of the technical mixup. I really appreciate the time that the manager John and employees took to fix my situation. I recommend the store to all local people and will come back as a customer who is very satisfied.

I have never experienced the level of customer service at any other home improvement store as I did at this Gastonia, NC Home Depot location. I was able to get help in several different departments and none of the employees were in a hurry to rush me through. They knew exactly what questions to ask to help me make decisions.

If you go into this Store to place an order, be sure you make the Store Associate reconfirm everything back to you before you make payment and finalize the order.

Today we went to Home Depot to buy paint. The women (Verra) was extremely helpful and over the top amazing! She made our shopping experience so easy and helped match a Lowe’s color paint perfectly to something Home Depot sold. The only complaint I have is there are no registers ever open when we go. It’s normally all self checkout and for older people like my parents or grandparents it’s not their cup of tea and they get mad/upset fast having to figure out the “machine”. Other than that this store is great, clean, and the people are helpful

If you need an appliance, ask or look for Sheila- she is a true gem. The others know their stuff as well, but I've utilized Sheila for several years and have never been disappointed.

The worst experience of my life. I will NEVER return to this store. After standing in a hot store for over an hour, I was trying to place an order for a grill and other associated items - providing the details to the employee from their website. Obviously I was dealing with an employee who tried her best - but had significant difficulty with my order. Other employees were wandering around her, but supplied little or no assistance. I inquired about a no-interest promotional program, she didn't respond. I was charged $79 outside delivery for the Extended Warranty which isn't delivered. The grill shipment was free so I called back to the store and spoke to another employee who said she agreed and would credit my account - nothing yet. Miserable encounter!

The Gastonia Home Depot is a store offering a wide variety of products to satisfy home improvement professionals and weekend warriors tackling small home improvement tasks. The store is easy to navigate with product aisles clearly marked. The store is generally neat and tidy and the aisles are wide and easy to manage when carrying large items on carts. The staff are friendly and willing to offer assistance when asked. Staff is knowledgeable about the product lines offered and willingly answer questions (when asked) about products.

The people seem to want to help you and for the most part are knowledgeable of were stuff is the store

The Guy that set up appointments really helped and explained everything we needed to know. In the a.m. Ms. Gayle was very kind that Mother-Gramms personality.
