I thought it was great that a seasonal employee, going on his break , could see that I need some help and waited till someone came to help me. his name is David Cerda. I saw him working the Christmas tree lot after i had made my purchase. Really good worker.

When it comes to the needs for home improvements and repairs, the Home Depot located on GG is the place for "must go." I made a trip to this store on 11/29/20 to get some necessity items. I am on a budget and not a handy man, so I have questions that required help from the associates. The employee named David T. was very knowledgeable on refrigerator products in terms of prices and selections. Another employee named Brook was nice to offer me a discount for getting the item on display because this product is discontinued. Last but not least was the employee from Rental Vehicle Department named Hieu. He explained the rental policy thoroughly, completed rental paperwork in a timely manner, and drove up the rental vehicle to where I had the item to be loaded. These associates have friendly and great customer service skills, so I'd like to share the experience and recommend you guys to come to check out this location.

The Garden Grove Home Depot store seems to be one of the busiest stores my husband and I visit quite often, and yet they are one of the quickest efficient stores once we are ready to check out . Friendly customer service staff and pretty quick check out process . Which I really like and need during my busy daily schedule ! Thank you !

The store is OK but the personnel needs more training to answer customers questions I need to be more helpful in the store needs to hire more personnel to be able to help everyone. The most recent but experience that I place an order that I supposed to receive on Monday morning and when I called Monday morning I was told that the system cancel the order and this was done without my permission and that really sucks because he put my job on hold, Thank you for your bad service

Crowded, but one of the better Home Depots in Orange County, CA. They have a lot of SKUs which means more selection. Employees are pretty efficient here and many are very knowledgeable and friendly. I go here 1-10x a week sometimes and even shop online. Oftentimes it says this location has it in stock compared to some other locations which never carry the product or have limited quantities left.

The lines are longer in this location, however people prefer to come to this branch rather than go to Harbor and MacArthur in Santa Ana and get lousy treatment, incorrect items on curbside pick up.

They have a very kind & helpful staff.

When did this coin shortage start? No businesses I frequent other than Home Deport appears to be aware of it. I just got cheated out of the coins that were owed me in change, and none of the employees seemed particularly interested to help, slightly sympathetic, or interested to explain the policy. This was my last purchase.

I can find the items I need at this store more than others.

A friendly atmosphere, the employees are eager to help customers. The store is following the Covid 19 guideline and we felt that despite these guidelines the store was running smoothly and the employees were effective. Thanks for the great experience.

The store is clean and products are easy to find. The associate at the paint area, James, is very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated his help today.

Store is very nice, the best things is very organized

This has been my home store for over 25 years. & everyone has always been very nice, helpful, & accommodating. Especially Chantel in customer service and the manager Pedro. But my resent trip to the tool rentals was very disappointing. The cellulose insulation blower was not working properly. The blower and agitator worked fine, but the chute to feed the insulation would not open. Service # said bring in for repairs. The second Veronica from tool rentals seen insulation in the machine, she began yelling at me. YOU CAN'T BRING THAT IN HERE! I AM CHARGING YOU A CLEANING FEE! I kept trying to tell her the chute to feed the product would not open. She didn't care. After trying to explain to her it was not working, she yelled "I DON'T EVEN HAVE A TECHNICAL, I AM CHARGING YOU A REPAIR FEE AS WELL!" After her not listening to me at all, and continuously yelling at me, I told her maybe I should just dump it in the parking lot. Veronica said "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!". So I went to the parking lot and emptied the machine in to a trash bag. Then I called for a manager (Pedro) was awesome and very nice. Pedro called a technician, asked me to go into the employee area so the technician can show me how to free the stuck chute. The second Veronica noticed me entering the employee area she started up again "YOU CAN'T COME BACK HERE! ! ! !". I told her your manager Pedro asked me to come back here. Pedro told her I did ask him to come back. Veronica did not say anything else. Veronica really does not have any customer service or people skills. I really feel she would be a better person fit where she is not in as much contact with the public. I wish you luck with her.

The worst depot I've ever done business with selling used displays as new awful experience
