received poor customer service from a young latino man on 10/10/2022 at 9pm. I believe his name is Manual.

A very good employee help us a lot in picking up the correct size of pirate fridge that will fit in our kitchen

I come to this location every year and things are easy to find, staff is great, and great deals/liquidation sales

Because I am disability, they got me to the check out. They could not have been more helpful and appreciative of my business. Also, I needed to use cash and also directed me to the appropriate area.

This is the hottest home depot I'm going to go to, but thank you when I have to let someone clean it up.

Young blonde guy In the rental department was a jerk. I only came to this store because the HD closest to my house didn't carry the tool I needed. I'll find a different backup HD for my future needs.

Terrible customer services, no organized store, the whole batch got wrong price tags. And did not honor customers.

Customer service has improved over the years. I was approached by a worker and asked if I needed anything.

Samantha my cashier was so friendly and helpful in the garden center. I needed a pro-loader to put a large barrel in my car, she helped me scan the item, even though I couldn’t bring it to the register. She called over Charlie who was a lot attendant and he was absolutely fabulous from the beginning, so super friendly! He helped me get the barrel and brought it to my car. He was super friendly and helped me load the barrel in my car, it felt more like a friend was helping me load than an employee! He even came back and loaded my soil for me, and took my cart back. I was very impressed! Great job to this team and management!

Waiting for 15 minutes for a customer service manager to assist me. finally walked away after being ignored.

Nancy the cashier was so rude to me, she made me feel like I was beneath her and like I was wasting her time. She insulted me in Spanish and yelled out my private info to her head cashier. I didn’t get the name of the woman who had to come and help me and she even tired to de-escalate the situation. When I asked for Nancy’s name, she looked at me with attitude and loudly said it’s Nancy and barked “what of it”. I called corporate in store and made a report with the ASM. ASM faxed my report.

I believe the old Indian woman working the checkout lines is an anti-military bigot!

Same guy named Gary does not want to make Keys. Twice he takes other customers ahead of me and then send me to key machine in front of store. Very rude both times but nothing changes after speaking with management.

I must say the customer service here is everything. I always have such a great experience. Mary is always wonderful when I come in. She goes above and beyond to help and I couldn’t be more happy. Not the mention the quality of my product. Thank you

We have always been very blessed by all the employees help in all our needs and what I most appreciate the fact if they don’t carry the item or parts they will direct us to a point place where we might find that particular item. We frequent this location at least four to six times a week. Continue hiring such great people

After ordering online my guy had to spend over 2 hours after 2 trips and STILL could not get everything I need

I was waiting on the line for checking out one of the store employee works there (his name is Kevin around 20s year old was there at 1:50pm on 6-21-21) made eyes contacts with me and saw I just had 2 little items (washers for the faucets) then he kept calling the people behind me (you come here you pay cash or credit). I came up and talked to him that I missed me then he asked me paying cash or credit, I told him well I don’t need your help and he said (I don’t need you man) then other costumers talked to him, I walked away looking for the store manager but he hasn’t been around.

The employees here are awesome and the store is clean

This is closest Home Depot to where I live have been going there for over 25yrs. I have not had a problem as of yet but have no complaints either good place to buy a lot of useful things comes in handy being so close.Dog

Some of the staff is great and carry the weight of the rude or lazy employees. It is obvious to myself as a customer
