Adolfo is a great associate GREAT customer service!!

On Friday 29th of December me and my dad and little brother went to Dome depot to get some pea pebbles and when we got everything got checked out my dad requested assistance with loading the pebbles in the car and the cashier radioed someone to help load the pebbles in the car.When carlie came out to help us he was very happy and helpful to us.

I went in to Homedepot return an item. The item wouldnt scan in so she asked me to go to the lumber department to find a working barcode to scan. One of the laziest people I have ever met. She was useless. She passed me to another employee who assisted. Amazing how dumb people are.

Martin and Loreley, here at Home Depot #6339, do a fantastic job in their own respective station. Loreley, who is a cashier, helped ring me up with a smile and showed enthusiasm with her colleagues as well as customers. In addition, Martin, who is one of the managers here, walked me through the warehouse and gave me his professional opinion on what item to purchase based off my needs and purpose. Needless to say, I was content and more than satisfied.

Store Manager lets multiple fruit sellers in beat up trucks sell fruit in the Home Depot parking lot right in front of the entrance, taking up valuable parking and detracting from the store image. Been there 2 times today. They are there ALL day shouting at customers to buy their nasty fruit. Store is no better inside. Lazy workers who dont make eye contact and dont care to show you where products are. Really in bad shape. What happened Home Depot?

The staff is rude and dismissive. Your cashiers don't care at all. The head cashier was on a cellphone ignoring everyone and everything. The young man manning the self checkout seemed to be the only person who knew how to do his job. The parking lot has no less than 3 large, nasty trucks selling fruit and taking up valuable parking. Lots of lazy employees milling around pointing in directions they 'think' something is in or just shrugging and walking away. Really a disgrace to even call this HD.

Excellent community asset due to the caliber of supervisory presence working in tandem with staff really makes the cut above the average commercial environment.

We always go to the home Depot on MacArthur Street so we were in garden Grove today so we came to the one over here that is the best home Depot we've ever been to very nice friendly people willing to help the lady was in the paint department very nice customer service with her the young girl who helped us out to put the paint in the car very nice and peppy and outgoing and friendly

The store is a typical Home Depot, most of the employees are nice and know how to do their job. However, some are clueless and very rude and definitely step out of line in more than one way. Probably will not be going back to this Home Depot even though it's close to my house and will shop online with pickup at another store.

Least ambitious or enthusiastic customer greeting and smiles than 4 other nearby stores

The Garden Center created. Fledgling Garden enthusiast out of me. Perhaps some classes for beginner gardeners or info on where to go. That would be great

This place is fantastic, very helpful people around the store and honestly I cannot thank Jocelyn any better, super friendly smile, kind hearted employee, simply an enjoyable trip to the store.

I just moved to Westminster about six weeks ago and I have to say that the staff here is really sweet and helpful. Today Mr. Rich, Jen and Jesse at checkout really made my day. I appreciate all of their help and smiles.

You better not have any questions or need assistance, especially in plumbing department. I have never seen employees work so hard to avoid helping customers. The cashiers are great, just wish Home depot hired enough of them

I went to this Home Depot expecting to pay $36 for 8 pounds of Ozma coat. The store didn’t have it so they gave me 42 pound bottles for the same price. 12 pound bottle cost $15 so it was a great savings!

I've been shopping here since I first arrived in the US. The goods here are diverse, good quality, reasonable prices, the staff is very friendly, I am also satisfied with the sales service.
