I love the Gainesville store. It’s easy to find employees that will help you. They are very knowledgeable plus the store is always clean

The Home Depot in Gainesville is my favorite store in town. The store is kept clean and neat and the employees are pleasant and helpful.

Great store.

This Home Depot may be a bit smaller than others, but they are big on customer service! You feel it in each department in the store. In every department I’ve entered, there was always someone there to say, “Are you finding everything you need?” I know that’s not much, but if you’ve been to as many warehouse stores as I have, you know what I mean. I had a wonderful experience here utilizing the kitchen design services as well. Kitchen designer, Jennifer Pope, was outstanding in her services to help me design and order the kitchen of my dreams. I can’t say enough great things about her, and other folks that helped us throughout the process. I have found that leadership starts from the top. There must be an outstanding manager there to have so many loyal, quality employees at one store. Great job to all of you! ...And a very special thanks to Jennifer!

HD employee Lesa and Store Manager Justin are wonderfully generous, kind and thoughtful!! On 7/1, I was traveling (with 2 other girlfriends and 2 of our young daughters) with new furniture in back of truck and learned storms were ahead. I stopped at this HD to purchase a tarp but couldn't cover the furniture completely. We were parked near store waiting out storms. After store closing, Lesa noticed us and she and Justin brought out enough supplies to cover the furniture entirely so it wouldn't get wet driving back to OKC. We made it back safely thanks to them. Their kindness and thoughtfulness is very heart warming. THANK YOU LESA AND JUSTIN! We wish you the very best!

Great Store, pretty much always has what you need and the employees are always helpful

The garden center cashiers are great! There's no doubt it is HOT in their work environment but you would never know. They are eager to help, friendly, and energetic. They offered loading help with my purchase before I had a chance to ask. They do their jobs cheerfully even though the heat is miserable. Thanks Home Depot Gainesville for making my visit more tolerable in the Texas heat!

My salesperson, Robin, was absolutely excellent and made the visit very enjoyable. There should be more individuals like this working at retail level---it would make such a significant difference.

This Home Depot is simple the BEST!

I have been shopping here for the last 2 years and the employees are so helpful and friendly. Nice clean store. They are always ready to help you find what you are looking for and it seems like I always have to order a special size or color and they are very knowledgable of the products. Love this store!

Had a great experience @ this particular HD great customer service, very fast service for a busy Saturday.

Store was clean and employees were very helpful only thing I did notice were the plants---they were in bad shape--needed some care and much needed water!!!! was a very hot day!

Jennifer in flooring is great! Employees are super helpful & friendly, same guy who helped me find a dolly later helped me strap an 8ft piece of cedar in my truck bed in the parking lot, then took my basket back inside! Great customer service all around!

Being in the process of building a new house, I have been in nearly every department of the store .All hte staff were very helpful and professional.

In comparison with other Home Depot stores this store has been the BEST ever!!!! When I moved to this area I was disappointed that Home Depot was here; from past experiences in other locations; however, this Gainesville store has changed my feelings towards shopping Home Depot and their employees is really one of the greatest assets beside reasonable product pricing.

Ample parking, well organized store, employees always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable store products and wil find answers if they do not know, rather than guessing like some other stores.

This is the best store in north texas. Products,assitance,clean bathrooms,custmmer service & huge parking lot. By the way,the prices are great, Its that time of year ,check out their grills

Since our town is small, our Home Depot is one of the smaller ones. While our store can't compare to the giant Home Depots in the metroplex, it has many of the products of the biggies. What our store has that might not be at a larger Home Depot is our wonderful sales staff. There is not a lot of employee turnover. Some have been with the store since it opened in about 2003 or 2004. Many of the associates know us by face and some by our name. They care about our needs and take time to help us get what we need.
