Great store! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Very fast customer service as well.

I had a great time shopping at my local Home Depot today. I was shopping for a Shark vacuum cleaner and I had excellent service with Riley. Being a senior citizen I wasn’t exactly sure if I could put the vacuum cleaner together with all the different parts . I knew I was going to buy the vacuum cleaner. Riley stepped up and actually put my vacuum cleaner together for me. In my opinion he went above and beyond with his services. Such a gentleman too.

I absolutely LOVE this store!!! The workers are always there to help and very friendly. They help you with whatever you need. I'm always finding new stuff to buy or make. Truly one of my FAVORITE stores.

Mike in the Garden Dept was so helpful and loaded all my mulch I bought. He is such an asset to this Home Depot and very pleasant.....

Sam in plumbing parts and paint dept have always been extremely helpful to me.

Your employee Sam was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me locate everything I need for the special.

Had great help in the tile and flooring department and the window department on a Friday night. We were able to get everything we needed, and had food customer service to help make sure we had what we needed, and answered questions we had.

I love Home Depot more than similar stores. Prices and quality of most brands they have is very satisfying to me. Departments are well labeled to find where you need to go. Employees offer to help most of the time. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the store is allowing dogs inside. They have food items at the checkout and when I see a dog sniffing and trying to grab at these items it discusses me. I have complained but it went in one ear and out the other. There is also a sign on the entry door but it's obvious that no one will enforce the rule. Not the first time either, I am handicapped and have almost been tripped by a leash and saw a dog pee on a corner shelving unit. By the way these are NOT assistance animals either. Management needs to decide if they are a home improvement store or Petsmart.

Store seemed very organized and all associates were very helpful.

This store has the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees of any other store in this area. I found the products that I was looking for quickly. The aisles are well marked. The store is clean and well lit.

It is very hard to find someone to help. I needed a tool box, I found the one I wanted but it was damaged, large dent in the back. I asked for a new one but they couldn't find one in the box. I asked for a discount for the damage and only got $10.00 off a $600.00 + tool box.

The store is always clean, associates are friendly and helpful, few times incorrect product recommended, had to purchase correct item elsewhere due to need & time and return incorrect item at a later time, (tile,mortar,grout). However, I'm not a professional, I am simply trying to finish out the interior of a new construction with no prior experience. Overall associates try to help and if one isn't sure on something they find an associate that can help.

This store has 2 extraordinary people, Friday in kitchen and bath and John Jenks assistant manager. They both go above and beyond in customer service. They will find what you need in store or online and make sure it works for your project.
