Bought flooring 11/2022 & shelf pricing was $32.54/case but wouldn’t sell to me at that price…because the computer says $48.23/case. Liar & deceptive. Fix the shelf pricing if it’s not correct. I bet the shelf still showing the wrong price. They did not cared to honor the price.

Bought a new $4000 LG fridge online. Installers damaged fridge. Damage not apparent till after a few days. Called HD to report. They said you only have 2 days to notice any damage, sorry. HD had 2 guys come out to look.They sent LG to come look. Center flap broken due to right/bottom door hinge bent so far down, hinge pushed it fridge casing and rubbed on the center drawer. HD guys said, yep its damaged, you need to get HD to replace it. LG guy said installer screwed hinge in too tight. Was not repairable. Will need new fridge. All agreed on damage and that HD should stand behind product. I've been on phone/text with HD so many times.Put on hold and after 30 min, call dropped. So much more than what I can fit in this review. Jumping through hoops, told something different every time. All they had to do was bring a replacement and take the damaged one back. Was told on 2 occasions that would send new fridge. After waiting for days with no call, I called back to ask whats up, only to be told, sorry we have no record of that, we cant help you since you didnt call within 48 hours of delivery. On and on and on. They have no idea about Customer service. Still waiting on replacement 2 months later.

Bad service when it comes to exchanges

People who work here obviously do not want to help customers and most don’t have any knowledge.

I had 4 very sweet and helpful people help me with dissembling an 8 ft Nutcracker floor model Last one to be found all over North Texas and was needed for a gift. They could not have been any nicer to help me with that project. Thank you so very much!!!

I was getting an order made at the Prodesk when a lady manager with long white hair was very rude and had an attitude towards the prodesk girls when they were doing an amazing job helping me and other customers. No way to treat your employees

Visited the store, found everything we needed. The three employees with whom we dealt, Reggie, Sofia, and Soto, were FABULOUS in EVERY way!!! HUGE assets to Home Depot! Made our day. And we hope we made theirs a good one!

Last spring, I went to the garden center twice and the cash registers didn't work. It seems to happen a lot out there. Ofter there is no one in the paint department. I have left there and driven to Sherman to buy paint because I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. Sometimes you can find seomone to cut lumber, sometimes you can't.

Chris and Christina and Angie were very friendly and helpful in the Gainesville Texas Home Depot They all deserve a raise…❗️

I have shopped at this location on a number of occasions and have not had a bad experience. Today, I needed flooring for a house and needed help finding which product to buy and getting it scheduled for delivery. An employee named Anderson handled my business very well and was exceptionally helpful.

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful the store was very clean! Taylor and Donna were the main employees that made my Home Depot experience fantastic. They helped me with all my questions and went out of their way to even print up a copy of a product I’d like to purchase in the future! They were very respectful and kind and answered all my questions with a great attitude! I would definitely come back again!!

Judy was so kind as to assist me. And she did it with a smile on her face. I was not having a great day but she made it better. Thank you Judy!

I love the paint lady Deborah she is so amazing! She always helps me with all my paint needs! I come to this location for my paint! Also today Maria at customer service was so amazing! She helped me in so many ways! She is so friendly, energetic and kind. She takes care of her customers with no issues! Give them recognition please!

Be very careful if having water heater installed by Home Depot Contractor. Quoted $398, increased to $702 upon arrival. Had already waited almost a month for this service. Dishonest bait and switch practice, taking advantage of current high demand for services.

We were ignored by store employees

I have been to this store several times since moving here in June. The staff have always been very friendly and willing to provide assistance when needed.

Patrick, KC, Jennifer at the Home depot in Gainesville are the best great attitudes, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient on their jobs. I will shop there again just to see their smiling face and their customer service

I bought a 8" pruning saw Ryobi, come to find out I had to buy the battery and charger at a inflated price 40 dollars more than the chain saw...This isn't right Now I'm sorry I should have looked somewhere else. Look before you leap, it may be cheaper!

Employee really helped

I bought my Aquajoe Oscillating Sprinkler have I am very spleased with my pruchase. It does exactly what it says it will do..Very Happy!

The last purchase was vinyl flooring. I have purchased several home improvement products since moving to Gainesville, TX and have been very satisfied with their employee service.

Jo at the Pro Desk is a rock star!!! She did an outstanding job helping me with my complicated order from a different location however the manager on duty Freddy is NOT outstanding and could use some customer service classes. Marina was having trouble scanning my 10% off coupon and no matter what she did it would not take. Freddy could have honored the 10% off coupon with ease especially with everything I had to do to get this order in. Instead of going the extra mile and helping out a valued customer he declined to make the adjustment because I was not in his store personally even though the coupon was emailed to Jo and I was at a different Home Depot location making this purchase. Please teach Freddy how a manager could have handled this much better with a much better review would have been written if he did.
