The store was clean and spotless. I did not find the product that I was looking for. YES I DID GET ASSISTANT THAT I NEEDED. YES, THE ASSOCIATE WAS HELFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Employees and management have an “I don’t care attitude”. Employees could not locate my online purchase in the area it was supposed to be placed so they could bring it to me when I arrived for my online pickup extending my wait outside the store. There was a lack of communication between employees which added to my delay for picking up my order.

Helpful employees, easy to locate items, clean, fast service.

The best store ever, even in this time of the Corona Virus. Very pleasant visit. Got what I needed a gas stove/ oven!

The salesman who helped us in the washer/dryer department was top notch. My wife and I were casually browsing the appliance department and asked some questions of Bill, who was more than helpful. We wound up buying a new washer and dryer later that afternoon. Probably would not have bought $1500 dollars worth of merchandise.,had it not been for Bill.

Bill helped me buy my new washer and dryer. He was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all the appliances I was looking at.

Customer Service is for sure #1!

As a company you have wandered very far from the idea of customer service, and this particular store is one of the worst examples of it. The cleanliness is a joke, carts of trash and merchandise throughout the aisles, the in-stock is an absolute joke (I've had to visit 3 other stores to get the items I've needed since this store is out regularly). Has the ordering gotten harder? Are you not training your supervisors properly? What is the problem? Its embarrassing to see just how disorganized this store is. Not to mention how unhelpful your employees are. Its clear they are unhappy to be there. While I have seen a few trying to help, the majority huddle up and are talking, flat out ignoring, or simply look irritated to even be in customers vicinity. The only positive I have had has been a few of your cashiers have been very kind, and try to be helpful.

I don't like going to big box stores because they don't always have someone who works well with handicapped people, but I was absolutely grateful the first person I found was awesome. No judgement's just patient and friendly. Plus they pretty much have everything.

Bill in the appliance section was very patience with me during my shopping experience. I found the washer/dryer set I was looking for and also, purchased a drop-in range.

Well-stocked. I browsed the Garden Dept. and was especially impressed with the plant selection.

I find this store conveniently located and well stocked with all my needs. The staff are helpful and courteous, and this store usually has everything I need for my projects.

This store is usually stocked and have lots of great stuff. It's in a convenient location. I minus one star today because they fail to put sign that their wall saw was down. It's hard to lug a 8x8 board only to be told saw not working. Overall a great store with new and updated products.

It is better to drive over to Lowes, or National Hardware.

The store is arranged very good, making it easy to locate what you are looking for. But, I “ “DO NOT” like ALL the “NEW” Self-Check Out Registers, there’s just to many of them and “NOT” enough Cashier Registers to check out with your merchanise. Now, if you want to use a Cashier Register, you have to go ALL the way to the other end of the store to check out with your merchandise. So, now when you park near the Front Entrance Door to go into the store, you have to walk twice as far to use a Cashier and back to your car with all your purchases. REMOVE SOME OF THOSE SELF-CHECKOUT REGISTERS AND PUT MORE “CASHIERS” BACK IN!!!!! A lot of people “DO NOT” like SELF-CHECKOUT REGISTERS, and I’m one of them.

Cloth plumbing product I needed is stored out in the garden area. It was covered in dirt, bird droppings and feathers. Several were missing all the protective material, just cloth wrapped around a piece of cardboard. I have been to several HD's for this product, this is the only one to store this sleeve material outside. No real Pro Desk to speak of, just self check outs with a "Pro" sign. The "Pros" were not helpful anyway, had to go to the customer service area at the opposite side of the store. They were helpful. The guy in the plumbing department was helpful.

Although this store is much further to drive than the closer one to my studio. I prefer the drive to go to a much larger, cleaner, less crowded store.

I like the friendliness and great customer service. I do not have to wait or look for someone to help me out.
