Coming To this Home Depot for the First I’m Gunna Say It Was One Of the Best Shopping Experiences I Had Ever had I was Greeted right away asked if I needed help and when it was time to check out my cashier Erica was Fast And Very Helpful Made sure I had everything I needed before we fished checking out asked if I found everything ok and to me that’s Great Customer Service especially With the whole having to wear a mask all day she seem to love her Job I just want to Say thank you to store #0663 for make my shopping experience great.

Friendly staff, asked a young man when I came into the store where nuts and bolts where he was spot on. Love that makes me feel good to get in get what I need and get out in a smooth experience. Then huge line was Saturday after all. Cashier Charlotte was awesome, the entire front end was awesome Kudos to them.

Customer service was RUDE. Especially Mesli. Terrible that a 2 minute return could be such an unpleasant experience. Will gladly go to Lowe’s before ever coming here again.

This store is Wonderful because they provide wonderful customer service. Went here looking for bricks for a border and was checked out by Charlotte. I didn't know the price or name of my product. She was very understanding and patient. She Provided me with a marker and paper and had me to write down the Name and sku number. Wonderful Customer Service.

Charlotte got me checked quicker than expected as I had a lot of lumber that needed to be scanned. She was very nice and helped to make the process of checking out fast as possible.

Cashier Charolotte was very nice and fast. She did a great job.

The best part of this store is the employees. There have been many times that they have gone way beyond what is expected to help me, and they are always friendly. The online ordering and pick up system is very efficient, and 99% of the time, the store has what I need.

This Homedepot is one of my favorites..everyone knows their depts. and are willing to assist you with questions to answers...and if they are not sure...they find the answers..always good deals...and I like their website...it offers consumer coupons..

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any store. They were, for some reason only accepting credit cards or exact change sales. When I tried to buy a couple of much needed bolts, which rang up to $2.97, the clerk refused to accept $3.00 and “keep the change” (three cents!). Several attempts were made to sway the cashier and I even asked to speak to a manager, whom I was told was on lunch and unavailable. I will admit I was a tad frustrated at his refusal to help me when the young lady at the next register told my clerk to “just sell him the bolts.” The clerk finally took my $3.00 and when he opened the cash drawer I could see it was completely filled with all denominations of bills and coins (lots of pennies). I have no idea what was going on in that store but they appear to be more interested in sending customers to Lowe’s than returning to Home Depot. The cashier would offer no explanation as to why he could not make change from a full cash drawer.

STORE EMPLOYEE WHO ASSISTED ME WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE APPLIANCE I BOUGHT. HE TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND I WAS NOT RUSHED OR PRESSURED INTO MAKING A DECISION.

Shopping at this store was a positive experience. The employees were especially helpful and upbeat. I felt the Covid-19 rules were effectively in place. I felt safe.

Takes 2.5 hours for employees to get a pallet off the top shelf. Employees will ask if you need any help, hear you out, then leave without coming back to see if you have been helped.

Getting help in some stores is hard to find sometimes. When you get the customer support that we received it makes the shopping experience more satisfying. I would give this store an A rating.

This store was very clean everyone was super kind and my salesperson Bill M. was very helpful and has excellent customer service skills. He listened to what I needed and helped me. It’s nice to have a salesperson like him that didn’t rush me and helped me from start to finish. As a customer I felt he gave me his full attention. I give this store 5 stars (more if I could) for their customer service and cleanliness. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
