I only give 5 stars for customer service rep Aurora. 1 star for the management. Good thing management has great employees like Auroura otherwise I would find another store. If you need help, look for customer service person Aurora. She is outstanding. Management at this store is so so. They do not reward good customer service.

Small store compare to other HD but I love this store. Friendly staff always welcoming us. They are always to be found to answer questions. Great help in the parking lot helping us load the car

The assistant store manager, Scott, at this location is awesome! He honestly cares about your issues and will go above and beyond to help you. I was given the run around from the corporate office and Scott stepped in and made phone calls for us. He took care of our problem and because of that, I will forever be a loyal Freehold Home Depot shopper!

If you need help in lumber - ask for JOE - he is EXCELLENT!

Store was clean, associates were easy to find, associates at the service desk where really friendly (Aurora and Stella) . I will recommend this store

I was in getting a Christmas tree. Lou in that department was very professional.. He cut my tree placed on my roof and even tied it up. I was there more then 2 hours and was working is butt off. Thank you Lou. Merry Christmas to you and your Family .. Jim

Extremely professional staff. Friendly and very helpful with assistance in finding what we were looking for...taking us to the item, loading it in our cart, then making sure we were finished or in need of more help.

I SHOP AT THIS STORE VERY OFTEN AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED. HOWEVER, I WAS ADVISED BY AN EMPLOYEE TO PURCHASE THE KLEER DRAIN MULTIPURP DRAIN OPENER FOR $24.98. WHEN I CAME HOME THIS DEVICE DID NOT WORK. I EVENTUALLY HAD TO CALL IN A PROFESSIONAL TO CLEAR THE DRAIN. I RECENTLY WENT TO RETURN THIS ITEM AND WAS TOLD IN A VERY RUDE AND EMBARASSING MANNER THAT THIS ITEM COULD NOT BE RETURNED. THE WOMAN AT THE RETURNS COUNTER, WHOSE NAME I UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT GET, SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THIS TYPE OF MERCHANDISE CAN NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF HAZARDOUS WASTE. SHE IMMEDIATELY STARTED WIPING THE COUNTER WITH "PURELL" AND BERATING ME. I TOLD HER THAT I FELT THAT THE GENTLEMAN WHO RECOMMENDED THIS PRODUCT SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THIS COULD NOT BE RETURNED IF USED. THAT BEING THE CASE, I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THE REASON FOR NOT ACCEPTING THE RETURN, BUT HER BEHAVIOR WAS NOT INDICATIVE OF THE SERVICE IN THIS STORE. AGAIN, I FEEL IT WAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALESPERSON OR THE CASHIER TO TELL ME THAT THIS WAS A FINAL SALE. THE RETURN EVENT OCCURRED ON WED. NOVEMBER 22, LATE AFTERNOON. I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE, BUT I WILL BE MORE VIGILANT NEXT TIME.

Lou from Seasonal was GREAT.
